Din vært er en anerkendt vin ekspert og vin tour guide med 35 års erfaring og en dybtgående viden om vin og vin fremstilling over hele verden. Tasting finder sted i komforten af vores airconditioned vin butik i hjertet af Carcassonne gamle bydel og er designet til at være sjov og uformel. Du vil have en forelæsning og præsentation af seks til otte vine til smag ledsaget af en let ost og charcuterie tallerken. Gæsterne vil lære at smage vine, den lokale vinhistorie i regionen og alt om vinfremstilling og druesorter. Spørg så mange spørgsmål som du vil og blive en ekspert på vinene i regionen. Selvom den mindste reservation er for to personer, er single gæster velkomne til at deltage i smagninger, der allerede er planlagt. Alex was fantastic. Very welcoming and gave an informative and interesting presentation The wines sampled were lovely as was the charcuterie and cheese board. Would definitely recommend.

Alex was an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable host. Six of us attended on a drizzly day and we had a fabulous time. The wines we tasted were varied and the information that supported the tasting that explained how these differences are achieved was really interesting. The charcuterie was also a delicious bonus!

We had a really enjoyable and informative few hours with Alexander telling us all about how wine has been produced in this area over the centuries. We had an excellent selection of wines to taste accompanied by a delicious array of local cheeses and charcuterie. The whole experience was excellent value and we would highly recommend.

As a couple we booked this experience and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Alex was wonderfully knowledgable and able to translate his love of the wine, food and region to us in a way which made us fall in love with France, French culture food and wine even more. Alex is clearly an expert in his field who communicated an education to us which captivated us thoroughly, taking us on a journey, through the whole process of wine making, exploding myths and opening our eyes to new ways of appreciating the whole culture of wine, its history and the revolutions the industry has gone through throughout the ages. I couldnt recomend this experience more, great food, great wine and great company.

The owner provided us a wonderful wine tasting experience, Langaduc wine region overview and history. The food was a tasty compliment to the wine tasting. Would highly recommend this experience for novice and wine aficionados!

Alex was very knowledgeable. We tasted 6 lovely wines and the cheese/meat board was delicious as an accompaniment. When our taxi didn’t respond he even drove us back to our hotel. I would highly recommend doing this activity!!
