Waited at the designated spot for the tour operator to arrive - checked with several people in the area and they confirmed we were waiting at the correct location. Contacted Viator to state problem; they responded that they also could not contact the tour operator. After an hour of waiting, we had to leave; asked Viator for a refund - they sent an email apologising for inconvenience but no refund possible with no other explanation!

Here you have the proof: "Hi Samantha, confirmed at 12h. Have a safe trip Diogo Bação Apr 15, 2024, 09:20 AM" On the day, you weren't there at 12h, the confirmed timeslot. We worked all day until 20h because we were fully booked and no one meet us telling us your name, and a bicycle with 9 meters per 3 meters it's hard no to see on that area. 5 star service from the guys! We had such a funny ride with Gonzalo and Diego. We all loved it, it was a blast!
Guys were great. I had to carry the bike so it was more workload. Everyone was wondering why i was so sweaty but the sangria kept me fueled and up to the task.
We had a fantastic time on the bike as a hen do activity. We drank as much beer / wine / sangria as we wanted, had a good laugh and the hosts were very accommodating. I was particularly impressed we were able to book on the day as another company let us down - so thank you!
This was the best activity in Lisbon, the guys were so friendly and helpful, it made our ride the best parte of the trip. The wine is quality and totally a good valor for money. Highly recommend this fun experience
It’s was brilliant, we did it for my friends hen party! A great time, Prosecco was flying and we had a great laugh! The guys were brilliant!

I've booked the wine bike tour as part of our annual kick off weekend. The wine was very good, we also had portuguese draft beer and sangria. The reservation process was very quick and simple. Good value on money
We booked this activity but the time did not help, yet it was undoubtedly the best activity of our afternoon. The glasses were always full and the good disposition of the staff helped offset the rain.
The tour was really nice, the guides were friendly, and they let us put our own music! The drinks were good, you could choose beers or wine, so we all enjoyed it. Very nice tour if you want to enjoy a stroll near Belém Tower, fully recommend it. :)
