Easy and convenient very close to Vienna train station. Perfect for anyone who want to see the city with out having to carry their bags
Although the location was convenient for me, and they advertise they provide a 24/7 service, they couldn’t help with my request. My luggage was stored in the locker and the code I was given didn’t open the locker. I had a flight to catch and my luggage was stored there. I called the supposedly 24/7 support line and I was customer number 2, after waiting for 15 minutes and I was customer 1 they line hanged up automatically. This happened 3 times. While I was in the queue to talk to them, the automated message was saying I can contact their live chat for urgent requests (this one was because of my flight). The agent on the chat pointed me to their supplier to generate a new code for me because Stasher couldn’t. The supplier was not helpful either. It wasn’t easy to communicate in English and the supplier couldn’t not generate a code. They suggested I wait until Monday (this happened on Saturday afternoon ) when their team is back in the office so they can discuss this issue with their team. This was a very stressful situation because the code did not work, Stasher couldn’t generate another code and the supplier said they don’t generate codes either. It wasn’t a pleasant experience and added a lot of unnecessary stress to my holiday.
Stands central station when booking, not really true. It is at least a 12-minute walk from Vienna Central Station to the luggage storage
We used the Stasher service in Vienna when we found to our horror that all the luggage lockers in Hauptbahnhof were taken. We looked them up on Tripadvisor. We were able to store our luggage at a hotel about 10mins walk away. It worked flawlessly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very relieved.
Very fast and efficient. Hotel employee took luggage and gave us the numbers to pick it up, reservation was listed at the hotel at our arrival.
The location we picked was in a hostel so it was easy to find. Decent price and accessible. Close to a tube station and near the centre.
Excellent service! They even let us stay at the lobby waiting and use the bathroom Really near to the train station which was great! I will use it again :)
Really good service. It was very convenient and made my trip much easier. The hotel is very close to the main station and the stuff was very nice.
If you are looking for a place for you luggage , close to the train station, that’s the perfect solution! The place is very safe, and the hotel personnel very kind. Highly recommended :)
