I have always loved drinking Okinawa Blue, and I have visited some restaurants in Okinawa, but this was my first time visiting a store in Shimbashi. Today we had a blending experience and had a very good time and a good rice whisky. It was a great time, along with the sipping atmosphere of the Shinbashi building. Had a whisky blending session here with my friends. You get 4 type of different whisky and create your favorite blending. Then, bottling and sealing it with your signature. The experience was already quite interesting but what impressed more was rice whiskey itself. Soft touch mouth feel from rice remains and on top of that there’s true and unique whisky flavor. Staff are all extremely friendly. Good vibes with good drinks. After the meal, why not have another round at the Okinawa blue. I will put the bar on my favorite list in Tokyo.
