Seen a lot of whales. Guide and captain were great and very knowledgeable. Had a great time and would definitely suggest this whale watch.
It was a Tuesday during Mud season. They should be grateful for the business. There were 18-20 of us gathering for happy hour. We wanted to be on the patio due to the crowd and noise and were told we couldn't. The one table sat 10 but everybody had to stand around blocking isles to talk. Took forever for him to take drink orders the first time. After that we had to go to the bar if we wanted another. Consequently many didn't. More of us would've ordered food if he'd just asked. You'd think he'd be more attentive to the larger group who were buying more and possibly order more but he was more attentive to a few at the bar and we were left on our own if we wanted anything to go to him. We've had better service here before for sure and many in the group left feeling it was a disappointing experience this time.
Aloha- This definitely sounds like a disappointing experience but you must have posted this to the wrong business since we specialize in boat tours and not a restaurant/bar. Could you please remove this review so it doesn't negatively affect our rating? Mahalo!
We were a little nervous that we wouldn't see much since it was the last week of whale watches being offered, but were pleasantly surprised to see a large competition group in addition to a couple other one offs. Over a dozen whales all together. Captains were friendly and knowledgeable, boat was comfortable for everyone in our group, ages 16-77. Highly recommend the experience.
Great trip that’s not snorkeling. Relaxed and fun with Micah and Krysten as your captains. Highly recommend.
The guides were great, informative and got to actually see whales
We saw multiple whale pods throughout the time. Guides were super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Weather was overcast and pleasant.
Ideal whale watching experience in our opinion. Not too big or too small. In the perfect location to see whale activity. Very experienced and knowledgeable crew to learn about whale behavior.
Allison and Levi were great! Went over all safety protocols before we went out. Knowledgeable and funny. Nice clean and roomy vessel. Found a group of whales that we were able to follow and watch for a good while. Don’t hesitate to book this excursion!

Fan-freaking-tastic!!! We had low expectations for late in the season viewing but Levi & Allison really produced. They were educational & fun and the amount of whales we saw just made our whole trip. It was totally amazing to all 6 in our group & we highly recommend!!!
On the morning of our afternoon trip, we received a text saying the trip was canceled due to lack of people. This is one of the main events my girlfriend wanted to see. Having never been to Hawaii, she was very excited about seeing a whale. They had to know before the morning they didn't have enough people. This was 3 days before we were leaving and we had 2 other things planned on the other days. If they would have given us notice before Sunday Morning, we would have had time to rearrange our schedule. Just very disappointed in the lack of customer service!
Aloha. I'm sorry that we did not contact you early enough for you to rearrange your schedule. Often times our afternoon tours fill up on the day of and we were hopeful it would be the case for Sunday, which is why we did not cancel the day prior. When tours get cancelled due to low numbers, we always offer alternative days/times as well as trying to help you find an alternative company, but sometimes that doesn't work out. Since it is the very tail end of our whale season the action has slowed down greatly and so have the reservations. Hope you'll come back one day so we can take you both whale watching!
