This was a spectacular trip- no other way to describe it! Our tour director,Brad, provided a knowledgeable, thoughtful and entertaining narrative as we travelled from Vancouver through the Canadian Rockies. Brad took the time over the 5 days of travel to speak individually with all aboard our spacious and comfortable tour bus. He explained our itinerary and what we could expect to see and do at each stop. Points of interest were described as we approached them so everyone could appreciate what made them special. Brad had an in depth knowledge of the route and the fantastic sites due to his decades of guiding and his personal experiences with each hike, climb or Vista. I would highly recommend this particular tour as we had considered a similar excursion via train. The cost of the bus tour was about 1/3 of the train fare and provided us with flexibility unavailable on the train. So, between the outstanding tour guide and the highly skilled driver, JT, we were well informed, on schedule and able to see everything for reasonable time and price! Working with Winnie was also a pleasure- she was helpful and accommodating with last minute changes ( ours) and made the entire experience a joy- we will use Key West in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them for travel plans. Thank you to all involved in making our trip a fantastic memory!
4 of us took this bas tour from Vancouver in June 2026. It was excellent. Rob was behind the wheel and Jeff was our guide for the three days. Both were brilliant. The bus was comfortable, Jeff explained and took care of everything and Rob ensured we got to each of our destinations with a smile. Jeff provided the perfect amount of narration throughout, never going over the top, which we all appreciated. The itinerary was well thought out and although a lot of ground was covered, the stops were well timed. I was hesitant about this tour as I’m generally not a fan of bus tours. However, I needn’t have worried as this was excellent. Thanks folks.
My wife and I plus our adult son joined this tour on 3-June-2026 in Vancouver with our bus guide Jeff and our driver Rob. We have been on bus tours in the past but none of them came close to the level of care, attention, support and discovery we were treated to on this tour. We saw breathtaking scenery, multiple wildlife sightings (Yes, the big 5 and more) and we loved the excellent quality of our lodgings each night. Jeff was brilliant and supported everyone on the bus in his clear and calm manner. We were in awe of Rob’s wizardry with the bus. Not once were concerned with our safety due to Rob’s excellent bus control. We thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone considering it.

Our driver Rick was excellent, he was very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Tour guide, Jeff was also fabulous. His commentary was very interesting, informative, and detailed . Both were very helpful and accommodating. The sights we saw were fantastic. We highly recommend Key West tours and had an amazing few days.

Amazing bus ride and commentary along the way. Beers, elk and big horn sheep, all featured on the side of the road and great add ons as well. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful 3 days on this tour. Jeff, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about all the history, geography, towns and attractions that we visited. Very patient with all of us and very clear instructions. Rick the driver was very thoughtful and helped with our luggage. Very careful and patient driver. Highly recommend Key West Travel for anyone thinking of tours in British Columbia and provinces.

What a great time we had touring with Key West to the Rockies. So professional, knowledgable, friendly and organised. The sights we saw were fantastic including mountains, waterfalls, rivers and lakes and the stops were great. Our accommodation in Jasper and Banff were so comfortable and Banff was an ideal location as we could walk into town. Would highly recommend this company

Decided to see the Canadian Rockies using Key West Tours. We had seen previous reviews which were good but still was a little hesitant because we were not familiar with the tour group as we are from Tasmania. If you are going to see the Rockies make sure you use this company. The tour guide and driver were fantastic! Both were very knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. The bus was very clean and the accommodations were always clean and in the center of town. They went out of their way to show us the best sites and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend the tour and this tour company!

What a great tour, we visited beautiful places, and our guide Jeff was very knowledgeable. We packed in so much in just a few days! This trip was a bucket list trip for my parents and it did not disappoint!! We had a 3 day tour packed with stunning views and spectacular experiences. It was a good mixture of adventure and rest time. The tour director, Jeff Kurtz, was knowledgeable and accommodating, and did a great job of keeping the timeline going at a good pace! The bus driver, Dave, was awesome and professional. The bus was also new and so clean! We had a smaller group which made for quick transitions and amazing comfort! We got our own seat rows!!! Bonus! The hotels, the Tonquin Inn in Jasper and the Banff Aspen Lodge in Banff, were also great! Comfortable and clean. We did the add-ons: the Ice Explorer at the Columbia Ice Fields and the gondola at Sulfer Mountain in Banff. Well worth the extra cash. Jeff got us there in time and it was seamless. Didn’t have to worry about booking these excursions and finding our way. It was all done!!! My personal highlights: Lake Louise was stunning!!! I also went for a cold plunge in Moraine Lake. My father has some mobility challenges but it was fine! It was mostly short walks with plenty of time to explore the stops! The mountain view we’re out of this world! Highly recommend this company!!
