Our driver Rob was 10/10 in communication, friendliness, and punctuality. He messaged me an hour before pickup so I would have his contact, along with a photo of his vehicle. He got us there early so we were one of the first in the queues, and we had ample time to get through the studio. (4 hours was enough and we are HUGE HP fans). The studio itself was incredible and you can feel the magic of the movies with each new room. Even if you don’t like HP, anyone could appreciate the art of filmmaking. Costumes, sets, makeup, immersive experiences. Butter beer is a must! (Both drink and ice cream).4 hours was ample time to souvenir shop and eat lunch too. Id recommend to anyone going to London.
Planning and execution absolute Disaster: Pick-up significantly earlier than booked and not directly at the hotel, vehicle poorly air-conditioned, other hotels were still visited (was not apparent from the booking), the tickets were not ready at the studio and we had to wait 30 minutes for the tickets (4 hours of time were already running despite the earlier pick-up), the 4 hours in the studios are very tight when it's crowded (we didn't have photos taken at the stations, nor did we eat/take a break and still didn't manage to see everything at a leisurely pace!), then received a WhatsApp from the driver before the 4 hours were up, saying everyone is ready to go: asking if we can come, return trip again poorly air-conditioned, then again not driven all the way to the hotel and turned around in a totally pointless way, so that my daughter had to get out onto the busy street, not recommended and an absolute price/performance disaster Note: the audio guide in the studios was impossible to understand in many places due to the volume (International Friends isn't responsible for that, but it's still worth knowing)

However, after reviewing the details of your journey, we believe some aspects of your review do not accurately reflect what occurred. Your hotel is located on a restricted red route at a busy junction with traffic lights. For safety and legal reasons, our drivers cannot stop directly outside the entrance if doing so would obstruct traffic or violate parking restrictions. Having reviewed the vehicle tracker, I can confirm the driver stopped just a few metres around the corner, which was the closest safe and legal location available. Our records also show the driver arrived at 8:15am, 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. We intentionally aim to have drivers arrive slightly early for their first collection of the day, as London traffic can be unpredictable. The driver simply let you know he had arrived and was ready for your scheduled 8:30am pickup; there was no expectation for you to leave early. The tour you booked is clearly advertised as a shared transfer service, so additional passenger pickups are an expected part of the journey. Regarding your visit to the studios, the vehicle tracker shows the vehicle arrived in the car park at 9:27am and had departed by 9:51am. Based on these records, we cannot substantiate the claim that passengers waited 30 minutes for tickets. The studios recommend allowing approximately 3½ hours for a visit. Our package provides 4 hours, giving guests additional time. As scheduled, your driver contacted you approximately four hours after your arrival to advise that he was ready for the return journey. This was in line with the advertised itinerary. Finally, the same red route restrictions applied when dropping you back at your hotel, meaning the driver was again required to stop at the nearest safe and legal location rather than directly outside the entrance. While we appreciate that your experience did not meet your expectations, we are confident that the service provided was delivered as advertised and that our driver acted safely, professionally, and in accordance with traffic regulations throughout the day.
Four hours is not enough to do the tour at a leisurely pace and try out the activities like the broomstick green screen and the chocolate frog card. However, there was good communication before the tour and the driver was courteous and timely.
A little pricey but worth the convenience and great service. Our driver Gabor was great. He texted me before the trip to let me know when he was arriving so we were prepared. He arrived on time and the Mercedes van was comfortable for the 6 passengers. The drive from central London was about an hour or so. Getting into the Harry Potter WB studios was a breeze. Don’t forget to grab a passport for fun activities. 3-4 hours was all we needed. For uber fans who want to read all of the display placards, you may need more time. Our driver arrived to pick us on time and even did us a favor and dropped us off at another location on the way back.
I was here with my husband and our three grown children who are extra sensitive to the impressions that an experience like this has. It was an amazing experience on site, but what made the excursion extra nice was the incredibly nice service with pick-up and drop-off. Professional treatment and safe driving by Rob.

This is a MUST DO tour for any Harry Potter fan! It was a wonderful experience and extremely immersive. I will do this again on my next trip to London. Our tour driver was Mark, who I highly recommend!
Really cool experience to see the actual sets and props for the making of these iconic movies. Not a theme park and no rides or 3D experiences, walk in diagon alley, gringots bank, and an amazing creation of a scaled model used for the scenes of the Hogwarts castle.

The driver was extremely nice and arrived on time and came back early in case we wanted to leave - which we weren’t so he waited for us. It made it easy for us to get to the Warner bros studio with 3 teenagers without having to get up super early to go to where the bus left from. Quite convenient!!
