Warner Bros. Studio Harry Potter-tur med overlegen transport fra London

Very fun for everyone! Well done! The only down side is with the tour (which we did merely for ease of transportation) there is not enough time to see everything and do the interactive and photo ops. Had to skip the photos and interactive. In hindsight, we would have taken a car for probably less money. Butterbeer was very tasty—especially the butterbeer ice cream!

Transportation was fine. My feedback is that it is a bit pricey for just providing transportation to and from as well as the tickets. If I could plan it again, I would just take the train and get the free shuttle that’s Warners Bros offers and save some money. Otherwise this work for someone who does not like to take public transportation.

This tour has a respectable beginning, nice tour office to board your bus. Once you reach WB Studios they are disorganized, had us waiting 30 minutes with our kids on a hot bus. Once you reach London again the office staff are rude, our kids had to use the restroom but apparently the manager had to leave at 4:30pm and came at us with an aggressive tone that she had to close the office. Guess she couldnt wait, our family spent over $1000 on this tour, not worth it in my opinion. Book with the other buses, they drop you off at a better spot at WB and are nicer.

So many jaw dropping experiences!

The starting point was easy to find, the bus ride there and back was good. Clear instructions were given regarding return time and most importantly plenty of time to enjoy everything you can about Harry Potter

Great afternoon out with the family. Will take them again. Kids are big Harry Potter fans and we really enjoyed.

I booked this experience through Viator because it advertised more than just transportation and entry tickets. The description stated that we would be able to watch a Harry Potter movie during the ride to the studio, but our bus had no screens and no WiFi, so none of those advertised features were available. Instead, all we received was transportation to and from the studio and the admission tickets. Considering the price we paid, we would have been better off arranging our own transportation and purchasing the tickets separately. The trip itself was also disappointing. Our driver on the way to the studio drove very erratically, which made the journey uncomfortable and, at times, frightening. The bus was also quite hot, making the ride even less enjoyable. Overall, the studio itself was wonderful and would definitely recommend, but the transportation package did not deliver what was advertised. I was disappointed because I specifically chose this option for the promised experience, and it simply wasn't provided.

The whole group enjoyed the interactive experience of the Harry Potter Studio; even my husband who had never seen the movies. Love the activities within the studio that you can participate in as well as the unlimited photos you can take (after the first room).

The coach was running late. They gave us extra time to enjoy our visit to the studio. The Harry Potter experience was amazing. I highly recommended it to all.

The studio tour itself was amazing and beautifully presented, with real sets from the films. It was very enjoyable and exciting to see the behind-the-scenes work from such an iconic movie series. However, regarding the transport, the experience was very disappointing. The bus was extremely uncomfortable, especially the seats, and the driver did not turn on the air conditioning. As a result, the journey there and back was very hot and unpleasant. In addition, the bus was more than 20 minutes late to pick us up back to London! I also did not understand what was supposed to be “superior” about this bus. It appeared to be a standard double-decker bus, and unfortunately the overall transport experience did not match the quality of the studio tour itself.
