Waikiki og Diamond Head El-cykeludlejning

Had an excellent time e biking all around Waikiki Beach/Diamond Head. Pick up was easy and quick.

The young man who checked us in was unprofessional and rude to other customers that were also there at the same time. He was yawning while talking to customer, used foul language and making people feel like they were bothering him. We didn't feel welcome. He was very frustrated with the rental process through Viator cursing at the computer. We rented the bikes for a full day but the batteries were at 3/4 full after only 15-20 minutes of riding them. We didn't keep them for the whole day scared the battery would die.

Ask for a bike with a throttle. We rented four bikes only one had a throttle and we didn't know until we were far away from the rental location. Second time that we have rented from this place. This year the bikes seemed a little worn. The gentleman that wrote up the contract was very nice. I would recommend this place and you should ride to diamond Head Park.

Nice way to move around and get to Diamond Head A little limited when you are unfamiliar with the island and roads.

Really nice bikes. Easy to ride. Bike Lanes. A beautiful way to cruise along the coasts to diamond Head and beyond. I don't have anything else to say but it tells me I must have at least 100 characters.

Rented a bike to cheer on my wife running the Honolulu Marathon. Best way to get to the cheering points along the marathon route - you do not want to drive in a car or get Ubers that day. The e-bike rental was clutch when it came to some of the up hills in parts of the city. The bikes were in great condition, the service was quick and easy, and they were very understanding about using their bikes to get around during the marathon day. They even let you pick up the bike the day before (during closing) so you'll have it when the marathon starts the next day (at 5am). Highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Bikes were so fun and easy to use. Hawaii is beautiful and these were a great way to get around and see things. Easily 5/5 stars

Hele on Waikiki is phenomenal. Customer service is beyond superb. Great reception from the very beginning, excellent detail during the “how everything works,” great bikes, maps, helmets, where to ride and where not to ride. Had a wonderful ride up and around Diamond Head and then along the Ali-Wai Canal and the old city. Everything was sublime. Koodoos to Hele. Mahalo.

Fun experience but wish there was more detail about the where bike paths were and better maps of Diamond Head area. Also when booking the site indicated that water bottles would be provided but they were not.
