Wachau for eventyrere

Hej, jeg er Karin, grundlægger af daslebenspueren.at. Jeg organiserer og ledsager guidede vandreture i nærheden af Wien. Med max 4 personer er grupperne små og private. Det giver mig mulighed for individuelt at reagere på deltagernes ønsker og behov. De fleste af turene er lette til moderate. Inden vi starter vores vandretur i de omkringliggende bakker, besøger vi den berømte middelalderby Durnstein. Vandrestien betragtes som en af de smukkeste i hele Wachau-regionen og byder på en fantastisk udsigt over dalen. Det unikke landskab har et næsten middelhavspræg med sine stenegeskove. Vi vil også besøge de slående og velbevarede slotsruiner i Durnstein, før vi slutter dagen af i en af de lokale vinstuer (valgfrit).

Karin is an amazing guide; kind, patient and knowledgeable. She took us on a beautiful hike in Wachau to the ruins where Richard the Lionhearted was imprisoned. So breathtaking! And then finishing with a lovely meal at a local establishment to the area. You will not be disappointed! It was truly a fun adventure!

We hiked up a winding mountain trail with fabulous viewpoints overlooking small towns along the Danube River. One stop was at the ruins of the Durnstein castle. It was a vigorous climb, but well worth the effort! Our guide did an excellent job!

The hike around the valley was spectacular and our guide was so friendly and patient. The castle was fun and they day ended with a fabulous meal in Durnstein. Great day trip outside of Vienna.

Highly recommended hike....stunning views, charming town. Well planned with time to explore and stop at tavern after. Karin is a fantastic guide and great company! Easily one of my favorite activities during my stay in Austria!
Karin is an excellent host and guide. The logistics and activity schedule was thoughtful and well-planned. Hike was the perfect length followed by the opportunity to stop for a delicious meal. Karin is very easy to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed her company along the journey. I recommend any of the itineraries that she offers!!
