Amazing 1st time experience, our exceptional guide Wilmer was very informative, on what to expect, safety on the trail walk(more of a hike), instructions on safe boarding and history. Recommend the early morning.

We had a great experience with our tour guide, Axel. He was very informative and allowed us to take our time and enjoy the scenery. Once we arrived at the top, he explained volcano boarding in detail to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. He also took great photos and videos of our group. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a wonderful time with our guide Wilhelm 🤩 ( Willi) He gave us a lot of information about this area and explained everything, in perfect English. During the climb my mum had problems with her circulation, but our guide helped us out with glucose and gave us all the time in the world. After reaching the crater, we slid down with the board after a briefing. It was a lot of fun. At the end we changed a flat tire. A strong team can't stop anything. Thank you for the great time

The hike up the volcano was once in a lifetime stuff. Our guide made sure we got the most out of it. To be clear, I just got the notation that this note has to be at least 100 characters.
