We were there at 9 a.m. in the morning. The people were not prepared for us at all, except for the transfer. This was punctual & pleasant. The massage was very uncomfortable & the masseuse did not comply with the request to massage more softly. On top of that, it stank. Unfortunately, it was not good. Please don't do this to yourselves.. the worst massage ever. And on top of that, the masseuse wasn't even friendly. And the welcome drinks were offered at the end. Oh yeah, the masseuse pulled my hair to turn my head and also had a sharp nail that scratched my whole skin. I had also mentioned at the beginning that my feet should please be left out - this wish was ignored. In the end, I was also asked for a tip.

The booking process worked really well, and a confirmation came very quickly. The reservation details also arrived very quickly via WhatsApp, and there, we were helped very kindly and discussed everything important. Overall, we were very satisfied with the program as well.
