We used Exclusive Limo Maui for both pickup and dropoff at the airport. Mike was great and even helped us out with car seats/boosters. Communication was timely and clear which made the experience stress-free. The Escalade used was clean and well taken care of. Mike was a great driver and easy to talk to. He was understanding about our young boys fighting in the back and had great stories. I couldn't recommend Exclusive Limo Maui more. We'll be using them each time we come back and we'll be trying out their private Road to Hana tours as well.
On time and the ride was clean and nice and ice cold waters which was a nice touch. Scott our driver was amazing. He was friendly and taught us a lot about the culture and history of the island on our 1 hour drive. It genuinely felt like a buddy of mine picked us up and showed us around. Would definitely book again!
They stay with you even if flight times changes. The drive keep reaching out until they have you on-board.
We were very impressed with the great communication from the time we booked the airport transfer. The directions to meet the driver were excellent and we had an excellent ride to "The Whaler". The driver was awesome and very helpful. On our return to the airport the communication again was superb and the driver was on time. We had a wonderful experience with Exclusive Limo and Transportation in Maui. My daughter was picked up at OGG Airport and driven to Kapalua, and she said it was such a beautiful and enjoyable ride. Her driver, Scott, was absolutely wonderful, professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about Maui. Along the way, he shared so many fascinating historic facts and stories about Hawaii and the island of Maui, which made the drive feel like a private island tour. It made such a positive first impression of Maui for her. We truly appreciated the excellent service, beautiful vehicle, and warm aloha spirit.
