Vores første stop vil være landsbyen Oia, den mest berømte landsby Santorini på nordsiden af øen. På dette unikke sted kan besøgende beundre de historiske huse, som er bygget i nicher inde i det vulkanske grundfjeld og de blåtagskirker. Desuden vil den bedårende udsigt fra denne placering få dig til at føle dig afslappet og vil give dig chancen for at tage de første billeder til dit album.
Næste stop på vores turplan er landsbyen Firostefani, "Firas krone", som skylder sit navn til sin høje position. Den fantastiske udsigt over Fira og vulkanen fra landsbyen vil forblive i din hukommelse for altid. Vi fortsætter til et fotooptagelsesbesøg af den berømte Blue Domed Church, en ikonisk kirke, der har prydet forsiden af så mange guidebøger fra Santorini.
En anden uforglemmelig oplevelse venter på Profitis Ilias, når vi når toppen af bjerget Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elijah), Santorinis højeste punkt i en højde af 600 meter over havets overflade. Her vil vi udforske området af det homonyme historiske kloster og tage flere fotografier af panoramaudsigten fra dette fantastiske udsigtspunkt.
Landsbyen Pyrgos, som ligger ved foden af bjerget Profitis Ilias, vil være den første traditionelle landsby på vores tur. Dette sted tilbyder os varemærke panoramaudsigt over begge sider af Santorini, mens det bevarer træk fra det venetianske styre. Desuden gør de traditionelle kykladiske huse og stier placeret rundt om det gamle venetianske slot Pyrgos Village til et sted, du ikke må gå glip af.
Den røde strand i Akrotiri er uden tvivl et besøg værd, da det er et sjældent syn, formentlig enestående i hele verden, hvor rød er den dominerende farve. Det er omgivet af stejle røde bakker, der skaber et fængslende, vildt landskab. Hvis du står på toppen, vil du se enorme vulkanske klipper placeret i havet, små småsten og sand i forskellige farver, hovedsagelig rødt, over hele stranden og attraktivt mørkeblåt vand.
Landsbyen Akrotiri er hjemsted for to historiske skatte, der er landsbyens hovedattraktioner. En af dem er det arkæologiske område Akrotiri, en meget vigtig forhistorisk by i Det Ægæiske Hav, der er et besøg værd. Du kan gå gennem det og se fresker, artefakter, møbler, moderne afløbssystemer og endda bygninger i flere etager fra bronzealderen.
Denne smukke struktur er et rigtig godt mål at gå til. Du vil blive belønnet med en fantastisk udsigt over Det Ægæiske Hav og de omkringliggende øer.
På dette tidspunkt af vores tur vil det være os en fornøjelse at tage dig med til en svømmetur i det blændende krystalklare vand i den berømte Black Beach (også kendt som Perissa), hvis du ønsker det. Dette kystområde udgør faktisk spidsen af den lange sorte sandstrand i Perivolos og er uden tvivl den travleste og mest bemærkelsesværdige strand på Santorini.

We gave him the challenge of planning a day that involved visiting the history of the island as well as the famous beaches, whilst also seeing the traditional/authentic Santorini and obviously trying some wine!
