Good Service. Was patient to wait for all the guests! Will definitely rebook again. Very conviniant and prices too.
To start there was a significant increase in the price because the hotel location was "further away". The Viator site listed the hotel in punta Cana but the transportation company had the hotel listed in uvero. Then I had to pay cash, and the car service was charging even more than I was told by the Viator site. Airport pick up was not specified so it was very chaotic and we had to wait a good 30 minutes more to get picked up. They were not holding a sign wirh my name as shown on the site. The actual ride to and from was great! Truck new and very clean and drivers were very friendly and professional.

We always recommend customers verify their hotel location on Google before selecting the correct option to avoid this situation. Regarding the airport pickup, due to airport regulations, we are not allowed to park directly at the terminal. Our representative must first meet clients inside the arrivals area and then coordinate the vehicle from the parking lot. We apologize if the signage or meeting instructions were not as clear as expected, and we will work on improving this communication. We also regret any confusion related to payment. Pricing and payment methods should always be clear, and we will review this internally to ensure better transparency moving forward. Just follow instructions they send as to where to check in to get your driver. On time, Super polite.
I am very disappointed. I booked through Viator. Set a date, location, etc. No one showed up. I contacted Viator and was told to go.to another pick up spot at the airport. No one was there. Waited for over an hour and a half. During that time I contacted Viatour to get the operators number. I had already messaged them through Viatour without response. I tried calling and WhatsApp messaging the operator. Nothing. Left stranded at the airport that night to arrange alternate travel. I have demanded a full refund through Viatour and the provider as I consider this a breach of contract. I would not recommend them. This has been unacceptable.

Just waited too much more than i wished for, for driver to pick me up. Other than that it was a great experience.
Best experience ever, our driver emilio was amazing went above and beyond.when we arrived he had cold beer, and then at pick he had mamajuana, excellent service.
Driver was amazing and vechile I got to my accommodation early and he was very helpful with speaking to my host and ensuring I was ok. The guy who met me at airport to get me on transfer kept trying to sell me excursions and was a bit pushy I also requested prior name sign which they said they would have however upon arriving ot was on the floor with no one holding it

I prepaid for the round trip transport (approx $150 USD) . I gave the resort information, day arriving and departing to the transfer company. Arrive in country and find the company. I am then told I have to pay another $73.70 USD because it is so far away. The company knew the destination when I paid them for the reservation. After going back and forth with them I ultimately gave them the money as my wife and I just wanted to get to the resort. En route to resort the driver pulled over on side of road and got what I assume was a credit card from another guy and preceded to stop shortly after and get fuel. When you have a client in your vehicle that is not the time to stop on side of road and get anything from anyone, nor is it appropriate to get fuel. This should be handled prior to pick up or after dropping off client . The same driver and vehicle picked us up for transfer back to airport. .Driver was on time and vehicle had at least enough fuel to get us to airport. Driver seemed nice. Spoke only a little English. His driving wasn’t erratic as I have experienced from transport companies at other destinations.
we are very sorry that you felt this way. please note that the name of the country is Dominican Republic not Punta cana, so please before you make a booking check the location of your hotel so you can book the correct transportation. we did send a message to the customer before arrival, gave the opportunity of a full refund of the booking already made or pay the difference if wanted to keep the transfer with us.
