This tour was amazing! Picked up from our hotel by a lovely guide and very luxe vehicle. Our guide was so friendly and informative. Our visit to Santa was once in a life time! We had a short ride to glass igloos by a large lake surrounded by the most beautiful scenery. The food was local cuisine and very tasty. We sat in the igloo and felt warmth by the roaring fire and the surroundings really engulfing us in an almost mediative peace. the ATV ride through the forest was exciting and showed us the nature wonder of Lapland. A truly wonderful tour, for us it will always be unforgettable. The experience began in a small romantic cabin nestled in the forest, where we changed before leaving for an exciting snowmobile ride through a spectacular expanse of snow, in the heart of Lapland, on a tour completely dedicated just to us. Along the way we saw reindeer and experienced the unique thrill of admiring the sun and moon together in the sky over an incredible snowy landscape. Back home we had a fantastic lunch in an igloo with the fire burning in the center. Extremely professional and friendly Finnish staff, with equipment, snowmobiles and vehicles of the highest quality. The tour ended at Santa Claus Village, a bit commercial but still part of the experience. An authentic experience, with attention to every detail and really dedicated to 5🌟, which stands out from others for quality, attention and "just for us", which we will keep as one of the best memories of our travels.

This tour was hands-down one of the most magical experiences of our trip! Visiting Santa’s Village felt like stepping into a Christmas storybook. Meeting Santa himself, walking through the snowy village, and exploring the charming shops was unforgettable. Afterwards, the evening just got better — dining inside a glass igloo while enjoying delicious Lapland cuisine. Sitting in the warm, cozy igloo with traditional dishes, surrounded by snow and twinkling lights outside, was an experience I’ll never forget. It felt both romantic and unique.

This is certainly not what is advertised! Firstly you don’t get a vip car you get a mini bus, there was no offer of any food or drink as advertised. You get taken to Santa Claus village to see Santa which is free might I add You then get a drive to Rovaniemi , to see a bridge, a church, and a frozen lake Ridiculously overpriced for what you get and very very disappointed the only positive thing was our tour guide who tried his best to communicate with us even though we did ask for an English tour guide again as advertised I would certainly recommend to stay well clear of this and it’s far cheaper to just get a taxi Will be interesting to see if the tour guide takes note of this as he has my number John from England

We already had few conversations on the phone but we can also repeat it in written: During the tour you didn’t intrested that much in historical and cultural part of sightseeing tour. Later you asked to skip few main sights and attractions in Rovaniemi. Yes, Santa Village is free of charge but it doesn't mean you dont have to pay for the car service, guide l, service, taxes, guide accreditation fee. Dear John, if you are not interested in sightseeing tours during your vocations you always free to choose other themes: Sport, outdoor activitets, hiking and ect. Please learn more next time before book activity.

My wife was so happy to Santa at North Pole as it was her childhood dream, and we had a good conversation with him. The guide Alex was excellent and we had a great time in Santa Village and Rovanemi. Alex is not only a tour guide but also a great human being. We recommend him for anyone.
Off to a difficult start as a prior group caused a delay in our diver's arrival. That said, when Katya arrived things got better quickly. She was the nicest and most helpful driver/ guide ever. We would never have been able to navigate to the Elf Hat Academy on time without her. Additionally, she made our visit ti Santa Claus Village very efficient and helped us get required bookings ans see the significant sights. Very helpful getting our cards mailed as well. Nice recovery. I would recommend using these folks.
This was a great excursion. Our tour guide Kat was fantastic, super friendly and passionate about the local area and culture. We learnt a lot about out the local history and geography from the area and it was a pleasure to spend time with her. Santa’s village was great and extremely well organised given the fact it gets super busy at this time of year. Highly recommend this tour company, I felt well looked after throughout
