5/5 absolutely phenomenal experience! Wine was amazing, food was great! Gave me a new found love of Italian red wine! Also educational which I really enjoyed!!
We had a great time. Andrea was very personable and knowledgeable when giving us the tour of the winery, answering any questions we had. They were quick to accommodate us after having issues with our arrival time. The wine was very high quality and the meat and cheese board was delicious. Great experience, would definitely recommend.
It is not clear what this proposal aims to be: the cellar is not experienced, the tasting is not experienced, and the pairing with food is not experienced. The wine proposal has interesting points.
Gentile Marco, la ringraziamo per l’apprezzamento sui nostri vini. Ci spiace per la confusione: la nostra identità è in realtà molto chiara. Siamo l'unica cantina operativa nel cuore di Milano, dove uve italiane d'eccellenza incontrano l'anima metropolitana. Curiamo ogni degustazione per rendere il vino alla portata di tutti, ma l'esperienza richiede tempo e collaborazione. Per questo le siamo venuti incontro volentieri rimandando la sua prenotazione per tre volte da marzo e aspettandola per iniziare il tour. Ci preme solo ricordarle che, forse per la fretta, non sono stati saldati i cicchetti e il calice extra ordinati in aggiunta all'esperienza Viator. Restiamo a disposizione in privato per sistemare questo dettaglio. Se vorrà tornare, saremo felici di accoglierla per farle vivere l'esperienza al meglio e con la giusta calma.
Great value for money! Host Andrea was amazing teaching us all about the wine is made, felt fulfilled with the experience would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Milan. 5/5
We loved loved loved this experience. So friendly and chilled with a good range of wines and some delicious food. Catered for vegetarians too which was nice. We stayed way longer than the experience said but no pressure to leave.
The wine tasting started promptly and was definitely an enjoyable experience. Andrea provided the group with a lot of interesting information and made the session fun. Participants were able to sample 4-6 different wines(delicious and produced in house), and received a meat and cheese plate.
Delicious wine with knowledgeable friendly hosts! Would highly recommend regardless of how well versed or inexperienced you are with wine! I left with two bottles in my checked bag!
This is a lovely tasting of wines made on the premises from grapes sourced from vinyards across Italy. The sommelier & tour leader is interesting and knowledgeable, and the wines are very good! The experience even comes with a charcuterie board customized to your dietary needs and preferences.
Fabulous afternoon at this urban wine tasting venue. Really unique experience as based in city. Grapes are brought in and processed onsite in their winery. Had 4 wines to try but they swapped red and whites around according to preference. Came with a lovely chacuterie board ( veggie option available). Sommelier Andrea was amazing and very knowledgeable and her colleague from "HR" was also very good at kick-starting the experience. Highly recommend. We had to buy a local bottle of wine obviously! Definitely a must for an afternoon in Milan
A lovely 90 minutes-ish tasting 4 different wines created by Cantina Urbana from a variety of regions. Started with a lightly sparkling white made with grapes from the Treviso region followed by a quick talk on wine production by the company. Back to the wine tasting with a lovely Tranatt Bianco from Puglia, so nice we bought a bottle!! A lighter red followed, finishing with a Pinot Grigio. A lovely, alternative way to spend some time in Milan. Andrea was a very helpful and knowledgeable sommelier. I would highly recommend the wine tasting.
