My wife and I aren’t really into wine, but that didn’t matter. The food, cocktails and company made for a great time. Rob was an outstanding host and went out of his way to make everyone comfortable, and by the end, a St. Augustine history buff. Highly recommended!

This trip was cancelled. The day prior to the event I contacted the venue and confirmed the event. They never said that it was short of customers. That evening at 5:45 thay sent a cancellation text. I called them to discuss but they just sighted policy and hung up the phone on me. Since my day was around this tour I was left without anything because at this late hour, I could not get in another tour. If they told me in the morning that there might be a problem, I could have cancelled and gone elsewhere. This is no respect for the customer and extremely poor customer service.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we were unable to host your tour as planned. We would like to clarify a few details regarding the circumstances of this cancellation. Contact was made the day prior to your scheduled tour to advise that the experience had not yet met the stated minimum number of guests required for departure. As outlined in our booking terms, a minimum of four guests is required for our public tours to operate. We understand that the cancellation impacted plans you had arranged around the tour, and we certainly appreciate that this was disappointing. However, the tour did not meet the required minimum participation level, and we communicated this as soon as that determination was made. At that time, options were provided, including rescheduling, joining another available tour, or receiving a full refund, all in accordance with our published policies. We would also like to respectfully clarify that our customer service representative remained professional throughout the conversation. While we understand that emotions can run high when travel plans change unexpectedly, our team strives to treat every guest with courtesy and respect and expects the same courtesy in return. At no point do we intentionally disconnect calls with guests. Our representative's goal was simply to explain the available options and policies while assisting with a resolution. While we regret that the tour did not depart as scheduled, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts surrounding the cancellation for future readers.
I actually did two of their tours; one rolling (Mandy) and one strolling (Judi). The tours, guides, and venues were all awesome!

Had such a good time-would highly recommend! We have done 8 or 9 food tours in St Augustine and have enjoyed every single one of them. This one was unique because of the golf cart-our guide was able to take us over the bridge of lions to try food over there as well as a local wine shop (which we love and went back to after the tour!). Places we would not be able to visit on a walking tour. Felt like a VIP at each location and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We will def be back for another!

Absolutely fabulous! All of the venues were delightful, the food and wine were great, the the tour guide was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to ensure our comfort and to inform us about the history of St. Augustine.

Great food tour. Locations visited were excellent - awesome food and wine or drinks at each stop. Mandy, our guide, was fun and informative. She really made sure everyone was having a good time.

A great way to get around St Augustine and visit those out of the way places that the ‘locals’ know about. It’s even more fun when your guide has a great personality and interacts with her/his group.
