We were greeted by friendly staff. The process of making Jamón was very interesting and well explained. This was very entertaining and informative. Well worth the half hour!
What an astonishing experience! Never tried an ham like this. Actually the staff - absolutely amazing and kind at any moment - told me to forget about saying ham, because they say “ham is not jamón”!! In effect it is “another world”, delicious, tasty and completely different front what can be eaten around the globe. Moreover this tasting experience is very helpful to understand the Spanish tradition about Jamón Pata Negra learning all the difference between all categories! I also bought a “travel pack” (vacuum packs of knife-cut Jamón) prepared to be carried by plane to let my family & friends try it as well!! Being just a few steps away from the Sagrada Familia I would recommend to don’t loose the opportunity of such an experience! 10 of 10! Thank you guys and see you soon!
