We went on Friday and right from booking time on the phone to the end of our tour we experienced friendly staff.Our guides Gigi and Avery were absolutely fantastic!!!They did everything possible to make our experience fun,their sense of humor was amazing and they made every effort to put you at ease(I'm scared of heights wasn't easy for them lol),the tidbits of info they shared was great but their tricks were the best,even tho we weren't allowed to do them :😜 .These girls were absolutely amazing .If you plan on going(you should) request these 2 they're the icing on the cake!The nature is amazing.. oh I saw Cody!!...Happy Zipping!!!!!

Abby and Grace made the entire experience amazing! They made it fun and entertained us throughout. I was a little nervous going into it but they made me and others on the tour at ease.

Kirsten and Gigi were great guides for this very fun activity. Very professional with a little humor for fun. I Wouldn't miss this adventure if you going to Victoria Canada.

Very well organized and safety-conscious. Our guides, Kira and Jo, were funny and engaging, very encouraging of anyone with jitters. We all felt confident in their ability to handle any situation, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The facility itself is very organized, clean and well run. It was a great couple of hours!

Our guides, Abby and Gracie(Grace?) were amazing from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make everyone feel relaxed and safe the whole trip. Even if it was Abby’s first day …..again :)

Super fun and they prioritize your safety! One of the block brakes broke during our Canopy Tour (FYI— great for newbs like me) but the team figured out a way to get us down by tandem-ziplining every single one of us. Shout out to Paige and Skylar for the quick pivot and rescue. Really appreciate our guides, Gigi and Avery for keeping up the energy and calming everyone down. Overall a great experience.

I highly recommend this activity and specifically this tour. The guides are amazing, the course so beautiful. I have had a height phobia since I was little and these ladies were kind, encouraging and made me feel safe during the zip lining tour. I was went for my daughter but also was empowered to have completed the course in spite of my crazy fears! 2 thumbs up!!

Wonderful guides and experience! Safety was their priority and made all of our party feel comfortable. Ethan and Mari mixed fun with professionalism and made our experience memorable. Job well done.

Super fun! Not too long of a wait between lines. Having about 10 people per group is about the perfect amount so you don't have to wait around too long. Guides Joe and Maya were fun and witty and made it a great time!

Had a lot of fun. Was a beautiful place to do both canopy and big zip. We’ve done zip lines all over the world and this is very good. You do have to find a way there. Uber can be a problem due to remote area.
