Excellent tour experience—crowded and hot, but the guide Isabelle handled it all very well! Was very glad to have a guided tour when we saw the line of people waiting outside
It was an amazing tour. The tour guide went into deep explanation about everything and went at a good pace. She was funny, engaging, and made the whole tour a pleasure. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking for a tour to Versailles.
It goes by fast but you learn a lot. Make sure to add the garden on your tour as we had to buy afterwards.
Our guide, Leaticia, was wonderful! Very knowledgeable on all things French history. She was engaging, but also gave us the opportunity to enjoy the palace at our pace. My husband and I brought our young kids and we all loved the tour!

Laetitia was such a wonderful guide! She shared her extensive knowledge of French history with our group as she expertly led us around the palace. She had an easy pace and kept us together throughout the entire thing - no small feat with two strollers and a wheelchair in the group, while other tour guides were zipping past us. Laetitia made our tour very enjoyable!
The experience overall was very enjoyable. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was how crowded the palace was. It was very difficult to keep close to our guide and hear all of the information she provided. We were given headphones to hear her better, but even then it was difficult at times. I’m not sure that there would be any way to fix this, since it’s such a popular historical site. However, I did figure it worth mentioning since it had an impact on our experience. The guide was clearly very knowledgeable and I appreciated her willingness to answer questions. She was great.
unfortunately we were about 5 mins getting here and a girl called us and rescheduled at the next group. our tour guide was very good
Loved our guide who was very passionate and knowledgeable. Very Hot and crowded on a Saturday morning g which was more than I expected. Unless you want to get the details but a ticket direct from versaillles and book at least 2 months in advance.
