First of all I would recommend this as something fun to do! The host Irene was super friendly and passionate. At the event as a group we made bruschetta, tagliatelle and tiramisu. And we got to eat them all together at the end. So why 4 stars and not 5….. we didn’t actually cook anything, we made dough, whipped cream and cracked eggs but no actual cooking was done. The sauce was pre prepared by the restaurant (it was very nice to be fair). Even the tomatoes for the bruschetta were already chopped, we just spooned it onto the pre cut bread. The restaurants was Serafina. And the ‘unlimited Prosecco’ let’s just say they were super conservative with it. However, we really enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend it.
he only truly positive part of the experience was the instructor, Irene. She was excellent at her job knowledgeable, engaging, and made the class enjoyable. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The class was advertised as including unlimited Prosecco, but I only managed to have three glasses because the bottles were constantly empty. On top of that, after checking the bottle, I realized it wasn’t even Prosecco from Treviso, but just an average sparkling wine. I honestly felt misled. I would also strongly recommend improving the food safety standards. Using raw eggs for tiramisu carries unnecessary health risks, and using eggshells to scrape the remaining yolk into the egg whites was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant to watch. For the price, I’m confident there are much better cooking classes available.
We had a fantastic time learning how to make Bruschetta Gluten Free pasta and Tiramisu with our amazing host Mercedes. The sauces on our pasta were delicious 😋 and the Prosecco was too! Thank you for a lovely evening. I would highly recommend this cooking class.

We had a great experience with Greta as our teacher! Our kids 10 and 12 really enjoyed making pasta and the bruschetta and thought everything was delicious, as did my husband and I. Greta was very helpful and was a great instructor and helper to our kids. I appreciated the small group lesson (we were with one other couple) and the prosecco was a lovely addition. The restaurant we cooked in was beautiful and a nice respite from the heat. The session lasted longer than we anticipated (3+ hours) but it went by quickly and our kids were engaged and happy!

We took the class on a hot and humid Venice day as a way to escape the heat and the crowds and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Irene was wonderful- she was clear, upbeat and warm and kept the class moving and fun. It was hands-on and felt like cooking with friends. The group was 9 ppl in all and my teenage boys had a great time. We made delicious bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu. My only suggestion would be to turn the A/C on in the cooking room prior to the class, but otherwise we had a great time.
