Unfortunately, the length of the security line is entirely managed by the Vatican Museums and is beyond our control. Despite the severe ticket shortage on that date, we secured your tickets and ensured you were able to visit. We understand the wait at security was frustrating, but this should not be confused with the ticket service we provided. The remaining concerns in your review—such as the museum layout, crowd levels, maps, audio guide instructions, and the overall visitor experience inside the Vatican Museums—are all managed by the Vatican Museums and are outside the scope of our service.
