We were picked up at the airport and had access to the car over the 24 hours to meet our requirements. The driver was very skilful and assisted us in and out of the car. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and was happy to take us anywhere we wanted to go. His English was pretty good but he spoke a little too quickly making it a bit difficult for us to understand him. We had just 24 hours in Varanasi and Viator ensured we saw the best it had to offer
Sayed Hassan Mehid (Maggi) went above and beyond to make our experience the best one possible. He was very accommodating to our needs, and always made sure we were well attended and had all the information we needed. He was also very punctual and courteous! Varanasi is very chaotic, so you need a guide like Maggi to avoid feeling overwhelmed!

I was very grateful that I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel, which would’ve been very hard to find for any other driver, let alone myself. The communication with the tour company was excellent, and their responses were very prompt. I was happy with my tour guide during the two days of the tour. However, I thought the tour was not very good value for money. It was far more expensive than was warranted, given that the tour over the two days was only a few hours. All of the other tours I did during my holiday in India were by far better value.

This tour was wonderful! Our guide, Bharat, was very informative and gracious. He made us feel very comfortable and did not take us to tourist traps. We saw all the sights we were interested in and he accommodated our needs and schedule perfectly. I highly recommend this tour with Bharat.

Varanasi is so sacred and special, it’s well worth getting a guide who will take you around and help you to understand why the city is so sacred. Bharat our guide was lovely, always on time to pick us up, gave us an abundance of interesting information and was fun to be around. It was nice that you would do something with him for a few hours, but then be dropped back at your hotel to relax for a few hours before going out with him again. The Arti ceremony by the river was a big highlight as the tour allowed us to have great seats to watch it. Would highly recommend.

Varanasi is a unique place and we had unfortunately limited time to spend there. To maximise what we see and learn we booked guide by Tour Varanasi and were again and again excited about how great decision it was. Our guide Bharat took care of everything and showed us many amazing places we would otherwise miss, being knowledgeable, kind, attentive to details. Very recommended!

We were unlucky that we were in varanasi during the boatmen strike, so we didn't get to see the city from the river. The airport pickup and back was very professional, they brought us all the way to the hotel (which we booked ourselves) although it was deep in the dedalus of the old city and could not be reached by car. The guide was quite good, talkative but not intrusive. Maybe the level of information was not really insightful, it was rather on a general knowledge level. We were a bit unhappy about the cost/quality rate, because when we asked to discount the boat rides they told us it was 300 rupees each, which we are not so sure about. So basically we paid 75 euros for an airport pickup (and back) and 4 hours of guide.

I initially interacted with Vimal for planning the itinerary. He was quite helpful and patient to answer all my questions on planning and replanning the itinerary. On reaching Varanasi, Bhartendu was assigned as our tour guide. I was super impressed with the overall program and planning. He was always on time, very humble, polite and such a wonderful person. My parents were super happy with the overall experience. I would highly recommend Bhartendu and Vimal for a very efficient and memorable Varanasi tour experience.

Very quick with his response, Vimal won my trust with his very first email to me. He personalized my tours based on details I gave to to him and came up with a super fine day wise detailed itinerary. The way everyone delivers their services reflected a true proffesnalism. TourVaranasi took me to a dream journey within this two days of time. Highly recommended to everyone !
