Vandring Rinjani Volcano To Crater Rim Senaru 2 Dage, Gruppe - Syam Trekker

Our experience was absolutely flawless. They took care of everything from airport pickup to hotel room for the first night as well as transfer to Gili Islands after our trek (all included in the price). We did the 2D1N experience and it was fabulous. The food was much better than we expected and we never ate the same thing twice. Our guide, Rahmin, was very enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure to adapt to our pace which made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering climbing Mount Rinjani who wants a smooth experience.

We hiked to the summit of Mount Rinjani with Syam Trekker, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. They took care of absolutely everything, including transportation to and from the airport (or anywhere in Lombok), the hotel stay before the trek, luggage storage, meals, permits and certificates, as well as all the equipment needed for the hike. Tents, mattresses, trekking poles, headlamps, gloves, and much more were provided, making the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. A special thank you to our guide, Rahmin, and our porters, Messi and Andy. They were always smiling, incredibly kind, and made the whole trek even more enjoyable. The meals they prepared throughout the hike were absolutely delicious and far exceeded our expectations. Rahmin was an outstanding guide. He adapted perfectly to our pace, knew exactly when to stop for breaks, and managed every part of the trek with great professionalism. His experience and attention to detail made us feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after at all times. Everything was perfectly organized, and we never had to worry about a thing. We were able to fully enjoy the adventure and focus on the breathtaking scenery. We had an amazing time thanks to the entire team. We highly recommend Syam Trekker to anyone planning to hike Mount Rinjani. They truly deserve their excellent reputation, and we hope they continue to grow because their service is simply impeccable.

We did the 3 days 2 nights trek with Syam Treeker. Great experience and memory from this trek. Nothing to complain about regarding the organization, the camps, or the food. I recommend Syam Trekker 100%.

Syam Trekker was the best choice we could make. The whole organization and communication was very professional from start to finish. We decided on the trekking trip 2d/1n at very short notice and we were very lucky that it was able to set up Syam and help us out even with missing equipment. The tour with our guide Budi and his team of two was sensational. He not only introduced us to the flora and fauna, he was also very entertaining and a great motivator ! The tour consisted of four positions, all of which are feasible, even if good physical constitution is not wrong. Sufficient breaks were made at each position and more if necessary. The food prepared was sensational and more than sufficient. As we learned in the aftermath, Syam’s wife not only prepares the delicious food, but also comes from her organically grown garden. When we reached our destination, all effort was forgotten and we just enjoyed the fabulous view including sunset and dawn. Many thanks to Syam, his wife, Budi and the entire team who dragged the entire “furniture” and prepared the food in an impressive way, thus enabling us to have a unique experience. I would also like to mention Budi's environmental awareness, which has collected plastic waste at every opportunity and should thus set an example for all of us.

We were a group of 5 and after seeing positive reviews on Syam Trekker, we decided to go for a 2D1N hike with them, the experience was seamless and a very pleasant one, will strongly encourage them, and we were lucky enough to have our Guide Rahmin to guide us up to the top. He was patient and helpful whenever we needed help over obstacles and never fail to make the whole hike a memorable one!!

We did a 2d1n hike to the crater rim with our guide, Rahmin and we enjoyed the entire hike. Food was good and tents and sleeping bags are clean. Guide was humorous and patient (Bonus; he took really good photos too). We also like the accommodation arranged before the hike. Will do it again with Syam.

After a short stop at Syam’s home, where we received an explanation about the rest of the trip, the organization arranged a clean hotel nearby. In the evening, everyone was welcome at Syam’s home, where his wife had prepared a delicious meal for everyone. We had amazing guides and very good porters and drivers! We were always provided with plenty of delicious food. Clean tents and sleeping bags! It was one of the highlights of our trip through Indonesia, and they made it even better! Na een korte stop bij Syam thuis waar we een uitleg kregen over het verder verloop, werd even verderop een proper hotel voorzien door de organisatie zelf. ‘s Avonds was iedereen welkom bij Syam thuis, zijn vrouw heeft voor iedereen lekker eten klaargemaakt. We hadden geweldige gidsen in erg goede dragers in drivers! We kregen steeds zeer goed en veel eten. Proper tent in slaapzakken! Het was een van de hoogtepunten van eleven reis door Indonesië en zij hebben die nog beter gemaakt! We were very warmly received by Syman and immediately an explanation about our trip. Continued we slept in a hotel close by and after breakfast we were picked up at 6.30am by our Guide and porters and the trip could start! From the beginning to the end we enjoyed and were impressed by the service and friendliness. They provided us with everything well and we would recommend everyone to climb the Rinjani with Syam tractor! Incredibly beautiful!

Very friendly and helpful people! We were with 1 Guide and 3 porters on the way, and a total of 4 friends. Plenty of explanation and guidance during the tour, rest breaks with snack and lunch moments. Highly recommended! 👍👍

We did the 3-day/2-night tour to the summit, crater, lake and hot springs. The tour and organization was fantastic! Everything has really been thought of, everything is ready for you when you arrive somewhere. Our Guide (Supi) was a real winner, speaks good English, really takes you into nature and up the mountain. Has a lot of knowledge and experience and is also super friendly! In addition, everything has been arranged for you: from the overnight stay for climbing Mount Rinjani to the transport to your next destination after Rinjani! You can also shower after climbing (which is very nice!!). All in all, I wouldn't have wanted any other organization, and I highly recommend Syam trekker!!!
