Kigger over kanten af en lodret klippe gør dig klar til at råbe, 'ON RAPPEL!' Deltag i op til ni andre fyreventyrere på en seks timers tur ind i hjertet af et Arizona High Country Canyon. Din seks timers canyontur begynder med et let kørsel langs Mogollon Rim med udsigt over bjergene rundt omkring i landet. Hold dine øjne åbne for antilope, elge, hjorte, bighorns får, bjergløve, kalkun, sort bjørn eller den nyligt genindførte mexicanske grå ulv. Spænd i hjelmen og bøj hovedet og beder om en sjov fyldt dag fuld af fællesskab og sikre eventyr. Når du lader varebilen bagefter for at komme ud ad langrend, navigerer du dig gennem en fyrretræskov. Når du er i canyonbunden, testes dine svømmeture og rockhopping færdigheder. Ruten bliver ved med at blive mere eventyrlysten, da glider, vandfald, nedadstigninger skaber sjove hindringer for at dechiffrere. Til tider kan den bedste måde være at glide, hoppe, sænkes eller rappelling for at fortsætte rejsen. Eventyret kulminerer, når din gruppe når kanten af et vandfald. Uden hvor de skal hen, men ned, samler alle op for en spændende rappel ind i den dybe pool nedenfor. Eventyret er endnu ikke forbi, da mere fysisk træning fortsætter, indtil turen pludselig efterlader vandet og skærer ud af langrend igen. Dit hårde arbejde er gjort, når du hober dig ind i køretøjet. Nyd det glatte kørsel tilbage til civilisationen, udmattet og glad undervejs til Payson.

This was the perfect activity to celebrate a 10-year anniversary. Our tour guide Brian made each of part of the activity feel safe and do-able, despite my fear of heights! We could not be more thankful for this experience.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The tour was such a blast and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Arizona to go. Brian and his family are extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is an experience you won’t want to miss. The repelling, jumping off a few rocks, sliding down natural water slides and walking through/swimming through water in the middle of canyons was surreal. Amazing company, owner and tour!

If your looking for some fun and adventure you found it. Tired of eating and drinkin your face off in Scottsdale. I was. Get out and see what canyoneering is all about. Brian and his family are amazing people. Im not in any sort of peak physical shape other than round( lol)and i was a lil nervous after signing up. It was 111 degrees in Scottsdale but Payson,AZ was only 94 and you'll be swimming through the most majestic natural made canyon pools and slides ive ever seen. Water is cold, i'd guess 60's, but it is so refreshing and exhilirating. The wet suit will keep ya warm and keep ya afloat. Brian's knowledge of the canyons and commitment to safety is refreshing and assuring. My wife and i brought a camel back each, a 2L and a 3L bladder of water with a dry bag for snacks at lunch. It was perfect. This was so much fun i cant even begin to explain, the jumps off waterfalls, the rappelling, the swimming, hiking, and just the beauty that the canyon brings. Keep in my mind your doing work. But dont be scared. Its a blast. Brian gives options for all abilities and adventure levels. Thank you for makin our Arizona trip and anniversary so much fun Tuten family. My wife was already lookin at where our next canyoneering trip could be. Lol

Adventure on Purpose has created a once in a lifetime adventure that has the most beautiful views and includes excitement at literally every turn. The excursion was challenging, yet so rewarding. Brian and Elijah were patient guides and fun to hang out with for the day.

This was an awesome experience with Brian, a great guide, and his assistants. I had never done repelling or swimming in Canyon Rivers but I felt totally safe with his expertise. It was a challenging course and exhausting, but really a whole lot of fun. Beautiful scenery to top it off. I highly recommend going with him on this trip.

My wife and I did Adventure On Purpose recently, and we both had an incredible experience with canyoneering. Brian and Eli were our guides and they both went above and beyond what we had expected. They were very helpful in communicating and helping to answer our questions before, during and after our trip. We got to spend the day hiking through the canyon, jumping, sliding and repelling into pools of water, and they even took and gave us all great photos of us from our trip. The water hike was beautiful and fun and they geared the numerous activities to each individual’s level of comfort and abilities. Lots of cliff jumping and fun in the mountain pools and we were super thankful to have such great guides and a great group. I would highly recommend Adventure On Purpose to anyone wanting an adventure through the mountain canyon, regardless of your experience or abilities. They will make sure that you have a memorable experience!

Wow, it was simply amazing! They took baby steps to get you into and were very friendly! We love nature and are always looking for an adventure and they didn’t disappoint! The guides had all safety and extra supplies just in case of you forgot anything. The water was cool but the wet suits kept you nice and warm. Even if you can’t swim I recommend this adventure because the wet suits create buoyancy and are designed to make you float. The weather in the canyon was great and peaceful even though we came in the heart of summer. I came from Florida with my wife looking for some fun and something mind blowing and I never would have expected this. If you are in the area definitely try this. No, you must go! You will love it. My name is Robert and I personally recommend this adventure to everyone.

Magical experience! Bryan and his beautiful children were our guides. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive to our group. The scenery is beyond beautiful and the adventure was a thrill. Would give this tour 10 stars if I could.
