Great experience all around. Our driver met us exactly when and where we were told to meet. Walked right outside to the Suburban with our skis and luggage - as easy as it can be with all the gear. Our driver was excellent, safe and very nice. Would/will do it again.

I cannot leave this company a nice enough review! Very quick and helpful responses to all queries via email before our trip (for a party of 11). Due to a delay with our flight, we ended up arriving at YVR a day later than we had initially booked the transfer for, but Luxury Inc were completely accommodating and swapped our transfer to the new date without any additional fee. Upon arrival at YVR, we were delayed for around 1.5 hours due to the airline losing our luggage, but our driver - Austin - was so lovely and waited for us while we resolved the issue. The drive from YVR to Whistler was very scenic and Austin was very knowledgable about the local area. 10/10 would recommend

Don't hesitate, BOOK IT! We recently used Luxury Transport and it was exactly what it promised. They were there when we got off our flight, the car was great and the driver was wonderful. I want to take a moment and personally thank Dawn and Rob. We had booked our return from Whitler to YVR for the wrong day and with little to no notice on the morning we had to leave they answered the phones early (prior to being open) and were able to adjust schedules and get us to the airport in time to make our flights back to the US. A lot of companies and people would not have done so much considering it was our mistake and not theirs. The customer service they provided was far above the norm in today's world. Thank you both very much! I researched shuttles, taxis, ride shares, and other transport companies before booking. We were 4 people with multiple large checked bags and a few carry-on rollers. Luxury Transport was the most economical as well as easiest of these options to use from the moment we inquired they were responsive and friendly.

Getting to and from Whistler during the New Year’s holiday was a breeze thanks to Luxury Transport. Dawn and Katie saved our trip! A forgotten reservation and cancelled flights became dim memories as they helped us book the trip to and from Whistler. They facilitated a quick local stop to pick up some extra gear as well as SAKE! The drivers were incredibly professional and entertaining. Will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend to others!

Amir was wonderful. Went out of his way to accommodate us. Was waiting for us when we came through customs so convenient and quick. Felt like someone from the family was picking you up at the airport. Definitely made things much easier and less stressful.

We had a fantastic experience going both to and from Whistler! After a very long day of travel it was a relief to have this portion of our trip be so seamless. Colin, our driver, was ready and waiting for us as soon as we exited baggage claim. We had a beautiful SUV which was parked right outside the doors and Colin quickly had us on our way. He shared information about Vancouver, various sights along the route, and Whistler - he was so fun to talk with that the drive absolutely flew by. When it was time to go back to the airport, we were so excited to find Colin waiting for us in the lobby to take us back to the airport. He is a genuinely nice and interesting person to talk with. We are headed back to Vancouver next month and have requested that he drive us again. Would highly recommend Luxury Transport to anyone - amazing service - beautiful vehicles - you won't regret it!
