We had an amazing experience on the half-day whale watching tour with Prince of Whales in Vancouver. From the moment we arrived, the boarding process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. The crew were incredibly friendly, professional, and polite, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable throughout the trip. We were especially lucky to have an unforgettable wildlife encounter. During the tour, we spotted two humpback whales very close to the boat and were able to watch them for around an hour. We also saw Seals and Bald Eagles on the trip. The crew did a great job sharing information and ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vancouver and hoping to see whales. It was truly a memorable experience that we will never forget!
The whale watching experience was a first for us and Prince of Wales was the perfect guide that gave us wonderful memories. From checking in, to the crew, the ship and witnessing the majestic whales, we all had an amazing time. Wilma, our guide, was extremely attentive, warm, friendly and so amazing. The crew made us want the trip to not end. We were able to see several whales and lots of sea lions. Definitely recommend!
Such an amazing day! Perfect start to our trip and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver. All the staff were great but Thomas in particular was so helpful and tour aside, he gave us great cocktail bar and restaurant recommendations. Sat in one currently and it’s amazing. Thank you. 🤩
Absolutely wonderful experience! We saw three humpbacks and two orcas. The crew did an expert job at finding these wonderful animals and allowing us to view them in all their natural glory. Big shout out to the naturalist guide, Caitlin. She was very informative and answered any and all questions. I learned a lot about the whales and their behavior. We saw Orcas from Pod T101 (Reef and Lagoon). We also were treated to a long wonderful show from the Humpback, Gibbous. We were able to see him breech and slap the water for over 30 min. And to top it all off, the crew provided professional photos of these whales so I could just enjoy being present in the moment. 100% Recommend.

What a great trip! We did the 4pm as it was the only slot available. Ive never been whale watching so didnt know what ro expect. We sat on the top of the boat and had an amazing time! We loved the guides, hot chocolate/coffee/tea, comfortable boat and washrooms. We ended up seeing humpbacks twice, porpoise, orcas, two bald eagles and sealions. An absolute treat.

The tour was smooth and convenient. Operator team was very courteous and friendly. They know what are they doing. I wish we could have gotten even closer to Whales but unfortunately there are local restrictions about getting too close

We were fortunate to see humpback whales and Orcas. The naturalist on board was very informative. The boat was comfortable.
