Nyd en dagsudflugt til tre af Toscanas mest ikoniske destinationer: Montalcino, hjemsted for den berømte Brunello vin; Pienza, berømt for sin Pecorino ost; og Montepulciano, kendt for sin prestigefyldte Nobile vin. Rejs gennem UNESCO-listede Val d’Orcia om bord på en premium aircondition minivan med en engelsktalende chauffør og gratis vand. Små gruppeoplevelser, maksimum 8 deltagere. 08:30: Mød vores engelsktalende chauffør og lad turen begynde!
09:45: Det første stop vil være i en stor vingård i Montalcino... Vineriet ejes af en lokal familie, og når du taler med dem, vil du ikke have følelsen af at besøge deres arbejdsplads, men deres hjem i stedet!...Du vil vide alt om Brunello di Montalcino: vingårdsteknikkerne, vinfremstillingsprocessen, dets aldring og selvfølgelig, hvordan man værdsætter det ved at drikke forskellige årtusinder!
11:30: Nyd et hurtigt stop på 15 minutter for at nyde slottet di Montalcino og dets lille centrum.
12:15: Ankom til Pienza, en pavelig landsby berømt for sin Pecorino ost, vil du have chancen for at nyde en overlegen frokost i et tidligere kloster fra det 15. århundrede og lidt fritid.
2:45: Her vil vi blive guidet gennem en historisk kælder kaldet "Den underjordiske by", som ligger nede i en lokal vinbutik. Ved udgangen fra den underjordiske by vil du blive mødt af en smagsprøve af vin og andre mad specialiteter. Før du forlader vil vi sørge for, at du har nok tid til at besøge hovedpladsen, placeret på toppen af byen, hvorfra du kan tage de sidste billeder!

Beautiful scenery, lots of hilly walking, lots of time in 2 wineries & eating lunch. Villages exquisite but too much time on other pleasures

We had a great day. Mike was our driver and very knowledgeable with history and explained many things as we went from town to town. The wineries chosen were great! The guides there were wonderful, took their time to explain everything. We really enjoyed the experience.

We had a great experience! Our driver Sal was friendly, engaging and personable. He gave us lots of interesting facts about the area and was prompt and careful to make sure we knew what was going on. Our only issue was there was a little too much emphasis on the wine tasting and not enough time to see and explore the towns of Pienza and Montepulciano. The drive by Montalcino was no more than a “drive by” to get to the winery. We would suggest a little better balance between the exploring the hill towns and the wineries.
