Vi vil starte din tur tidligt for at undgå folkemængder og varme. I Uxmal vil vi have en guidet tur med en officiel guide, hvor du vil lære mere om kulturen og arkitekturen i denne fantastiske by. Efterfølgende tager vi til en nærliggende landsby for en typisk frokost fra regionen. Efter måltidet kører vi til et landligt samfund, hvor vi besøger to af de mest imponerende cenoter i Yucatán. Her vil du have tid til at svømme og beundre disse geologiske vidundere.

I Uxmal vil din certificerede officielle guide lede en guidet tur. Under denne tur vil du lære om Maya-civilisationens kultur, historie og arkitektur, med særlig fokus på det arkæologiske sted Uxmal og derefter skal du udforske på egen hånd eller tage flere billeder.
Efter besøget i Uxmal, vil vi gå til en lille by, hvor vi vil have en typisk frokost på en lokal spisestue.
Dette er en af de smukkeste cenoter i Yucatán, og en sand repræsentant for den åbne cenote.
Det er en grotte cenote med mineralformationer af stalaktitter og stalagmitter, og vandet er en imponerende turkis farve. En virkelig skjult perle.

Wonderful guide Jorge! We had a great time.
Our guide, Alice, and driver, Mr. Jamie, were absolutely fantastic - we truly loved this tour. Learning about the epic Maya history and mythology evident at Uxmal from Alice was a treat; the lunch spot offered incredibly tasty tacos; and the cenotes captured the magic of Mayan lands - a perfect way to top off the adventure! Cannot recommend this enough!
Jorge was great! He was very knowledgeable about Uxmal, the Maya people, and their history. What was especially wonderful was how he presented everything through an environmentally conscious lens, reminding us that throughout history, natural resources have been essential to all civilizations, no matter how scientifically or socially ingenious they may be.
It was simply amazing. The whole tour was very well guided and planned. Jorge, our tour guide was very informative as well as flexible with everything. I went solo and that was one of the best tours I have taken through Trip Advisor and Viator.
Jorge was truly superb. Truth. He was pleasant, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He led with confidence and a very educated basis. The trip included people from 5 countries I think. He did a great job blending the tour experiences well with everyone. The sites were well chosen and everyone agreed this exceeded other Mayan tour experiences. Uxmal was simply amazing. I wanted more time, but we all needed to move on. Will certainly go back on my own someday. Our family group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the day. We all slept well. We hope to cross paths with Jorge again someday. Very personable man.
Everything was very comfortable, the guide was always interested in making sure we were all okay and having a good time. The meeting point gives you a chance to stop for breakfast at Santa Ana Park before departing.
There was a Mexican on our trip, where we were a total of four participants. He would rather visit another cenote, so we spent time putting him off, which was okay as it was on the way. But when we had to pick him up again on our way back to Mérida, the other three ended up sitting in the car for almost an hour and waiting for him. So what had been a nice trip so far and with a good and very knowledgeable guide, unfortunately ended up becoming a trip, where an hour in a warm car in rainy rain is what you remember best.

Jorge was an INCREDIBLE guide! I learned so much about Uxmal, and it was the most informative tour I've had so far. He was friendly, helpful, and endlessly knowledgeable.
A fantastic tour. Jorge was an incredible guide with the greatest depth of knowledge. He looked after us really well and was able to give us the richest of tours whilst also being honest about common misconceptions about Mayan history. He deeply cares about the environment and that is at the heart of the message of the tour. We had a fantastic time with our two young children who really enjoyed the tour. We really loved the authentic local lunch and the two cenotes were fantastic especially the open one which really was beautiful. This is nature and history at its finest combined. Highly recommended
