Ushuaia Airport Afrejse Transfer

Perfect experience. Pickup was on time as noted in prior comms. Very easy to book and easy way to get to airport.

I hired via Viator a transfer for 6am, the local operator told me that I would pass at the hotel at 7:20. I argued to him that I'd like to leave earlier but he didn't answer me. I asked for help at Viator and they informed me that the cancellation time had passed and that I would contact the operator. I got an Uber

The pick up point is at the walkway entry into the Albatros Hotel on the side street not the main road.

Coordinate pickup from the hotel in advance, have me picked up at 7AM and company at your convenience coordinate for 7:20AM. I accept the schedule Tax and wait from 7:10AM to 7:40 and never arrived so I had to take a taxi to arrive on time at the airport and not miss my flight. I do not recommend them at all!

He didn't show up to pick us up at the hotel I tried my best to communicate with the Enterprise and it was impossible. We left in a taxi the hotel asked for

Staying at the Albatros Hotel and wanted to avoid the uncertainties of paying in pesos (also wanted a sure ride to the airport). Viator partnered with a local tour group and my airport shuttle arrived exactly 2 hours before my flight. Timing was perfect (the airport is small and discourages arriving much before 2 hours in advance of a scheduled flight). The price of the shuttle was reduced due to points credited to my account from prior Viator reservations. Driver and tour guide both were reliable and the guide spoke English without difficulty.

Used this company for transfers to/from the airport during our trip to Ushuaia. They were waiting for us with a sign on arrival, and transfer to our lodging was fast. There was an airline strike the day before our return, and the company assisted us with confirming our flights the next day and arranged an appropriate pickup time. They communicate using What's App. After booking on Viator, the company will send a message requesting more information on your trip - be sure to complete this.

My trip was never confirmed by the company after several requests via email, even though they said that I would receive a confirmation the day before my scheduled ride. Phone customer support never answered. I had to find an alternative at the last minute. Very stressful. They also said in order to confirm the ride I needed to complete a form that I could not download! Again, I emailed their customer support with no response. They also said that they needed my passport information, that I supplied! For a ride to the airport??
