Nyd en privat og autentisk japansk madlavningskursus i et lokalt Tokyo-hjem med din vært Emi. Harry Potter-museet i Tokyo ligger omkring 20 minutters gang fra Emis lejlighed! Dette er en perfekt oplevelse for alle, der ønsker at forbinde med lokal kultur over mad. Din madlavningstime finder sted i hendes hjemmekøkken, hvor Emi vil lære dig 3-4 traditionelle japanske retter fra hendes repertoire. Efter år med at lære af tre anerkendte kokke, blev hun en kulinarisk ekspert, der kan tilberede næsten enhver autentisk japansk ret. Emi er indfødt i Tokyo og brænder for japansk madlavning og nyder at møde rejsende og dele sin kultur og køkken over et godt krydret japansk måltid serveret på smukt service. Cooking with Emi was a wonderful experience. She is vibrant, energetic, and very knowledgeable. She has great stories to share about the country and the culture and the food of Japan. We made delicious Goza, ginger pork, and a chicken dish. All were delicious! Highly recommend if you are in the Tokyo area to spend an evening with Emi!
emi is a quiet, polite, funny chef that knows her japanese food. we loved learning how to make tempura, chicken karaage and okonomiyashi in one night. i cant wait to try making them once we get back home

This was one of our favorite experiences on our trip to Tokyo! Emi provided amazing directions, personal connection and a truly lovely experience. We had the opportunity to make many dishes that we can’t wait to recreate when we get home! The space is clean and easy to find, Emi’s communication was clear and detailed, the experience was just a ton of fun! Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience with Emi's cooking lesson. From the first moment, her communication was excellent, her instructions to find the studio were spot-on, and her poise, personality and knowledge were amazing. I learnt how to cook three recipes, some tricks and alternative ingredients available in my country and we chatted over a shot of sake. Time flew, because her personality is magnetic. Do not skip this activity! It will be the highlight of your time in Tokyo!
We had a wonderful family time at this cooking class! Emi was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent guidance throughout the session. Every step was clearly explained, and we learned so many practical tips that will help us recreate the recipes easily at home. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and a fun, hands-on experience. I left feeling confident and inspired to cook these dishes again for my family and friends. Highly recommend this class to anyone who loves good food and wants to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable environment!
Emi was a lovely cooking instructor. She showed us how to make okonomiyaki, tempura, and gyoza and shared the recipes with us. We loved being in a private class and getting to speak with her about Japanese culture as well.
It was great experience to cook with Emi, we learned a lot about home cooking from her. I strongly suggest to take this class!
We had a great time with Emi. We received the recipes for our selected dishes and met up in a kitchen studio. Emi was very kind and explained us what to do, step by step. The food was really good and we take some precious memories with us. Our selected recipes: Gyoza (Shrimp) Yakisoba (Vegetarian) Ginger fried pork
