We had the pleasure of meeting Zazil Vanessa; an approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable professional. We asked information on traveling to Tulum. She suggested a tour package that included Rio Secreto. We were a little nervous about going into an underground cave with water, but Zazil encouraged us to go. We were so glad we did; it was my husband’s favorite part of our trip to Cancun and the best part was that we went on his birthday. This birthday for sure will be one of the most memorable one that he will share with all his family. Rio Secreto is one of nature’s fascinating beauty and wonders of the world.

Booked this because it’s a duration of 2 hours. Arrived at 10am, waited over an hour to start, 4 hours is the actual time of the whole tour, another hour to eat. There is so much standing around and wasted time. When we explained to our guide Giselle we were only planning to be here 2 hours she completely blew us off. Would not recommend this tour. The cave is cool, but not lose your entire day cool.

Highly recommended activity. It goes so fast it gets short. Miguel, the guide, very prepared, pending from everyone, empathetic, integrating everyone and making the visit unforgettable. The tour of the caves is so spectacular that it is hardly forgotten.

A truly wonderful experience - the tour captures the magical essence of the cenotes -and our tour guide was superb not only telling us about the cenotes but also expressing her passion and love for the environment - well worth it!

Waited for hours. Tour company no show. Now I have to wait for the process for a refund. It sucks cause u only have so many days on a vacation and this day was wasted.
