Uluwatu Sunset Tour: Kecak og ilddans med Jimbaran-middag

The tour was very interesting. The performance was very picturesque, featuring fire, beautiful costumes, and an impressive sunset. Tour guide Nengah was great. Highly recommended.

This was a very good tour. Interesting and fun. Great views of coast at temple. Beware of monkees!! They are very skilled at stealing glasses or anything handheld. Our guide Nengah did a fine job looking after us. The Kecdk dance was different! The fire dance was great too. A car accident made the trip to seaside dinner slow. The location is very nice, with many restaurants set up on the beach. Our driver made the transfers very comfortable in his tidy late model car. Our driver Nengah Mintayasa was very professional, courteous and informative. Highly recommend this tour

Highly recommend this tour. Temple was very interesting. Kecak show and fire dance was very interezting, different, but great. Watch oyt for the monkees! Lucky for us we had a great tour guide. Nengah was awesome, he made sure our sunglasses werent taken by monkees. Nengah was very courteous, and gave us lots of interesting information on the way to Uluwatu. Vehicle was spotless and airconditioned thankfully. Traffic was heavy going to seaside dinner. Thanks to Nengah for looking after us really well.

It was a long drive to the Uluwatu Kecak dance, due to the traffic. We had to be very careful with the monkeys there who love to pinch glasses and phones! Our friend's glasses almost got taken and someone's phone was snatched out of his hand! We were very concerned and was on the alert all the time we were there. . We didn't really enjoy the Kecak performance. I'm not sure if there was a caution on the tour website that it's actually not for young children. It's scary even for us adults. The highlight for this tour is the Jimbaran Seafood dinner. The food was good, the beach setting was so beautiful and the 3 Balinese singers were so entertaining. This was such a relief and fun after the scary noisy Kecak performance.

The driver is super responsive! Arrived early, patiently waited for us. The drive was long and hectic, but the driver navigated carefully, we felt safe. He also took pictures for us - the memory will stay with us forever! The entire trip was well arranged. The company/driver arranged all the tickets, we didn’t need to wait in line. The view at Wooluwatu temple is phenomenal! The dinner at the seafood restaurant was great! It is on the way back, nicely broke the long drive. Live seafood tasted amazing and the price is unbelievable! The dinner was set on the beach, there was even fireworks- not sure whether it was a lucky coincidence… Definitely recommend it!

Had a very enjoyable evening out to Uluwatu Temple and was able to enjoy the kecak fire dance then a delicious meal on the beach with fresh seafood. Ketut Putra was a very accomodating individual and was very helpful with our night.

We were greeted by Ketut Putra our friendly driver having arrived a bit earlier to ensure the distance we had to travel wasn't rushed His friendly manner and safe ,careful driving in heavy traffic conditions made the trip bearable He gave us excellent historical information as we drove to our first destination for tea and coffee tasting which we thoroughly enjoyed Next was the monkey forest and temple area.The views were spectacular and Ketut took photos to capture the views and sites.He explained about the temples and statues and we enjoyed watching the antics of the monkeys. We then moved to the Dance area ..an arena looking down onto the dance stage.The whole arena was fully booked, there were no spaces to walk up or down aisles and it was very crowded. The dancers and performers were brilliant A very exciting and visually memorable experience. We were given information about each dance and as the sun set the fire was spectacular. We then spent a good deal of time travelling to the dinner on the beach. The setting was lovely but again a large area of beach covered by lots of tables and diners. Then the trip home Again in heavy traffic. So, although the actual events were excellent and our patient driver a fantastic tour guide..the time travelling from Sanur to Uluwatu or Jimbaran was a bit too long for us . So consider this when booking The organisation and information and updates from Viator was excellent. A great trustworthy company to book through

We were very happy with our excursion to the Fire Dance and Jimbaran Dinner at the beach.Our driver Ketut Putra met us with a smile and friendly greeting. He arrived early to give us more time to travel comfortably. He was very knowledgeable about the various historical sites and buildings along the way which he shared with us. He made us feel safe and at ease as a driver in difficult busy traffic. He is an outstanding driver and tour guide. Once at the temple he took photos for us as he explained various statues and buildings. The views of the cliffs are amazing. Ketut informed us about being safety conscious with the monkeys but we had only a good experience with the monkeys. The Fire Dance was very interesting . The costumes and performers amazing but...I think the venue has over sold tickets and they squeeze way too many people into the venue to the point we were uncomfortable. Overall a good cultural experience and the driver made the day enjoyable with his insights into Balinese life. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a fantastic experience which allowed a greater understanding of the Balinese people and their beliefs. Our provided seafood meal was great and The outing was made all the more memorable due to great kindness and assistance provided by our wonderful driver, Ketut Putra. He was extremely patient and assisted my husband in his walking with a cane.
