Transfer to Cozumel .. iconic! The facilities are clean, beautiful boat, friendly staff although they are not well informed. And by mistake my bag was damaged, they did not give us the correct instructions. Likewise.. I recommend it and would use it again

The ride was awesome. Seats were comfortable, ac works great- and i somehow dropped my phone in the ferry.. didn’t realize it until i got back to hotel- 30 minutes away!! I texted it and they answered. And get this- they drove to my hotel ant 10pm and deliver it to me- in person!! That’s integrity and honesty! Will definetly use these guys again!! They didn’t ask for anything in return- but i still took care of the person who delivered it! I didn’t catch his name- but thank got for that awesome employee! He said- you take care of people and they take care of you- that’s a fact! Highly recommend to use and book with them.

Excellent trip. I was traveling alone with my little dog "Abichuela," we took some great photos on the balcony and then went down to our seat. It was my little dog's first ferry trip and we had a quite pleasant time.

Everything was very good, but the price seemed high to me for the line you have to wait in and the very short route; we paid $70 for 2 people.

Very clean and affordable for a round trip ride from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel. Our ride was very smooth. Friendly and respectful staffs. Highly Recommended

My mother is in a wheelchair and was unable to walk up the gangplank and they lifted her in chair and got her buckled in! Great start to a wonderful experience!
