The tour was outstanding. Essentially an insiders guide to NYC from a native New Yorker. Our guide Martin was personable, knowledgeable and insightful with his anecdotes. The tour is comprehensive with both land and water landmark picture opportunities. Live guide Martin makes the difference versus the standard “ on your left is … “ recorded hop on off bus tours. Martin makes it more of an experience than a tour. He provides a freshness, fun and spontaneity to the experience. The groups are small ( 5 in ours) and the transportation first class. Well worth the money for a memorable experience that live on in future vacation stories. “Remember when we were at Washington Square park .. “ Highly recommend.

Got the pass in the Viator app and found out that we then had to upload the confirmation email or tickets into the Gocity App and book the attractions. The viator page got blocked in my laptop because there was unusual activity when I tried the GetTickets link to download the tickets. Finally the GetTickets link worked after 2 hours. Hence it was time wasted waiting for the tickets and not able to go into the attractions. Viator should sell their own passes and NOT ask the customer to then go to GoCity app for explore the attractions. In hindsight, buying the same pass in GoCity would have made more sense.

My experience was nothing but the best and most definitely worth it! Martin, our guide, was passionate and enthusiastic about his city and very knowledgeable. To make the experience even more worth while, our driver Grey was very knowledgeable and taught Martin some interesting things as well which made it more of a fun and engaging experience. There was never a dull moment. We rode in a clean and comfortable Cadillac SUV filled with complimentary snacks and drinks which was very enjoyable. I would recommend this Small Bus Tour to literally anyone visiting New York for the first time and have no idea what their getting themselves into. He taught and showed us things that we would’ve never thought to see when visiting NYC. Also another gem to make you want to purchase this great tour, was that Martin gave us great one and done photo shoot opportunities meaning the architecture and buildings you would want pictured with he already had the best one and done angle ready. 10/10 experience please you don’t want to visit New York without this experience. Side note: Be on time and prompt!

Martin was a fantastic tour guide and he took us to all the best sites in the city, highly recommend. He was very personable and gave us a grounded and in depth view of the places we saw clearly showcasing his breadth of experience.

Jeff was fantastic! Gave a lot of historical information sprinkled with related jokes and quiz show questions. Great tour.

Guy was our bus driver and Bryant was our tour guide. Bryant was entertaining and knowledgeable throughout the tour. His personality made the tour experience exciting and fun and entertaining. Some of his side stories were fantastic (think holding non elastic socks up with thumb tacks). Dave & Brenda thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Some of the spots covered were: Empire State Building, Brooklyn bridge, Bryant park, Washington park, 911 memorial, the financial district including the bull and a ride on the Staten Island Ferry, close look at the Statue of Liberty. Bryant’s engaging personality made the day very enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour. Hope you get Bryant to narrate.

New York can be overwhelming, but this tour was the best way to see the highlights of the city in 6 hours. Bryant, our tour guide, was both informative and entertaining. We highly recommend this tour!

It was a great tour with Bryant. Time flew by. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend taken the tour and if you’re lucky enough to have Bryant as a tour guide, that would be a plus.

Excellent itinerary, and saw overview of k NYC. Bryant was an excellent tourguide. His humor and imitation of recent presidents was an excellent addition to the tour.
