The tour is, in fact nothing exceptional. Overall, the experience felt quite rigid, lacking joy and a sense of ease from the staff, which directly impacted the overall atmosphere of the tour. One point that significantly affected the experience was that one of the staff members did not allow us to take our own photos with our phones, insisting on using only his GoPro. This honestly weakened about 80% of the vibe, as it limited the spontaneity and freedom to capture the moment in a personal way. Them, they try selling us the pictures pack per U$ 100. Overall, it’s an okay standart experience but it could be much more enjoyable with a more relaxed and flexible approach.

Address given was wrong. Hard to discover where to arrive to begin. Had to stop many times for directions. Coral reef is dead. White and bleached. Saw a few turtles and a few fish. Lagoon is nothing but a waterway, not taken around in the lagoon and nothing was explained about the mangroves and their importance. Water was pretty. Most of the effort was spent taking photos of passengers, posing for their shots. One water or one beer provided. Guide explained very little about what or where we were or seeing. Mostly in Spanish with a few things explained in English. It wasn’t worth the money or time in my opinion.

Great experience, will definitely go again! Daniel was our tour guide and photographer and he was amazing and very knowledgeable. Our ride was amazing and the pictures were perfect!

My family and I (2 parents, 2 kids and one fun grandma) had the best time on the glass boat with Nacho as our tour guide! I can’t remember our captain’s name, but he provided us with a safe and smooth ride, as parents we are very appreciative. Nacho kept the laughs rolling, while also teaching us about what we were seeing. Additionally, he took fantastic photos! We highly recommend this tour and if you can request Nacho, do it!

Very bad experience I was charged for three passengers when by whatssap was reported at the beginning we were two a baby a relative was going to go could not and we warned before arriving that we would only go those of a mentioned start when arriving for the hurries they charged me more than mentioned that is three passengers when we are actually two adults a baby told me whys that were 1200 charged 1720 pesos and did not want to refund anything on the contrary sell me more tours

This was definitely a clear boat & so cool to see the waves crash under. Didn't book the transportation option as it was last minute. But the meeting point and office was very easy to find. After booking I confirmed thru Whatsapp and got a swift reply which was great service. Very clear directions given. They ask to arrive 30 mins earlier but 10mins was sufficient. The tour itself is so worth the price. A quick trip to the Arches. Great photo ops. They do take photos too and sell them at the end but were not pushy. Raul (sry for spelling) was a great tour leader. Value for money for sure.

My group had a wonderful time! Daphne was the best tour guide ever! Her bubbly personality and organic hospitality was most appreciated.

The great: Angie, our guide, and her spunky, upbeat attitude with bilingual guidance. We got to see a turtle (!), a lion fish (!), and other tropical fish when we got out of the lagoon. However, this only took a short time. What I wish were better: we were two families with little ones and had booked this because the kids are too young to snorkel, so this way they could see some tropical fish. I wish we could have spent more time looking at the marine life as opposed to floating on choppy waters waiting for photos. The other group on our tour took a long time with their many poses, and because it was choppy and the boat's engine wasn't on, multiple of the rest of us got sea sick while waiting for our turn, so much so that when it was our turn, we were too sick to take pictures. If the boat had been moving, it would not have felt as choppy. I get that photos are a way for the company to make money, but we would have much rather spent the time looking at more fish or looking for other marine life, or at least not sitting idly while getting seasick. While the boat was floating, we were over a patch of just sand, no reefs, so that the photos could have very light blue waters in the background. It all just felt like a missed opportunity.

The host was very informative and very interacting with all the guest. Made the whole tour such a great time.
