I made a mistake on the booking issue but staff were very nice to let me in as scheduled. The enviroment is quite and relaxing. There are always staff to serve you. Towel and slippers are included. Although there are only three elements: sauna, steam and Jacuzzi pool (you have to take a shower before going in), you can enjoy all of these without time limit. Wate, tea and coffee are provided during resting. I was there in the late afternoon so there were not many people during that period, I spent almost two hours there.

Everything was perfect like all the amenities including spa and jacuzzi and many more. Staffs were also friendly and welcoming.
