I was very very fortunate that Victor was assigned to me. From the start, he gave us the confidence we needed as senior citizens. Had an absolute terrific time! We opted to have a private English guide (Victor) setup by Mega, bus up to Machu Picchu and hike down. I can’t praise enough. We were in contact with the company reassuring us every step of the way from the pickup in Cusco, the train, meeting us in Aguas Calientes, checking into the hotel, meeting with our guide to go over the next day, Machu Picchu itself and the reverse back to Cusco. I would highly recommend!
It was a very nice tour. You noticed the long experience of the guide, because he knew exactly how and where the best photos were taken. He was also very friendly and pleasant. Definitely recommend😊
I was very satisfied with the service. The agent explained everything in detail and was even willing to do a video call if needed. Everything was well organized, even though I booked the trip at the last minute. They always tried to accommodate me, even though there was a strike in Machu Picchu and I had to change my dates at the last moment.
