Som naturelsker er det bedste, øen har at byde på, mod vest! Så tag din opdagelseshat på, og lad os opdage naturen. Denne Nature Lovers Tour er beregnet til at vise dig de skjulte skatte på West Side !!

Vi starter vores tur ved en af øens mest seværdigheder, hvor alle disse bugter og bugter er beskyttet yngleplads for hvide skildpadder. Tøv ikke med at se udsigten over blæsehullet og havets bølger, der slår mod kysten.
Fiskerstranden bliver berømt. Er du klar til et nyt eventyr? Medbring din svømmesuite, dit snorkeludstyr og dit håndklæde, for du får den unikke chance og en fascinerende tid til at snorkle med de hvide skildpadder.
Efter Turtle Beach gør vi et stop ved Kenepa Beach. Den #1 bedste strand på øen, men også #8 af verdens bedste strand. En strand med hvidt sand, hvor du kan slappe af og nyde den blågrønne farve og solen!! Btw er du skør nok til at hoppe fra klipperne??
Som sidste stop, den berømte Williwood for saltfladerne i Jan Kok og den berømte Flamingo Park. Her vil du kunne nyde udsigten over disse vilde, smukke og yndefulde fugle. Vær venligst opmærksom på, at flamingoer er vilde dyr, og vi har IKKE kontrol over dem. Så du MÅSKE ikke ser dem HELE tiden, ELLER kan de være for langt væk, hvilket laver en masse lyserøde prikker.

Weather was perfect for our excursion & the large open air bus was a great way to explore the beautiful island and our guide did a great job of explaining all the history and cultural aspects of the landmarks. Stephan, our driver, did an incredible job of providing a smooth and comfortable ride (our guide warned us that the journey might be bumpy). Our stops were beautiful and breathtaking. We loved our trip, it was wonderful.

This nature lovers tour was a great fun adventure. Each stop was more beautiful than the last... Well up the Grote Knip at least but as a 35 year old guy I was not the target audience for the flamingos. I did however love swimming with the turtles and Cliff jumping (With directions on where to safely from Dino). The guides allow you to enjoy each location how you want to so don't worry you can stick to tanning on the beach etc if Cliff jumping isn't for you!

The tour leader Shani was very outgoing and personable. I liked that she gave information about Curaçao’s history as we went through different areas of Curaçao. Shani made sure everyone was safe and accounted for. I wasn’t overly keen on the loud noises the bus made. The stop at Shete Boka was good although I would have liked to have seen more. The stop at Playa Piskado (Fisherman’s Beach) was too short to get your gear on and snorkel around. It would have been more enjoyable to just watch the turtles from the dock. Too many people screaming and almost stepping on the turtles and kicking up sand that you could barely see the turtles while snorkeling. The beach stop at Grote Knip was nice. Beautiful beach. Got in some snorkeling. The stop to look at flamingos was good too. Lucked out and saw some. The interesting part was the talk about the plantations and the church. What could be improved upon is the availability of water and pop. One half sized water bottle was not enough for a hot day. On the way back to town someone asked for a drink and then we got a can of pop. I thought the tour was advertised with “plenty of water and pop”.

Our tour is advertised as including drinks, but it is not advertised as having “plenty of water and soda.” We do provide drinks during the tour, especially considering the length of the trip and the multiple stops along the way. Regarding Shete Boka, it is indeed a very large national park with several different coves spread far apart. To explore the entire park properly would require almost a full day. For this reason, our tour includes a visit to one part of the park so guests can experience its beauty while still being able to visit the other highlights of the island. At Playa Piskadó (Fisherman’s Beach), we allow time for guests to choose how they want to enjoy the stop, whether that is snorkeling, swimming, or watching the turtles from the dock. Many guests prefer different activities, and we try to give everyone the flexibility to enjoy the location in their own way. We also encourage reviews to reflect each guest’s personal experience during the tour. Many other guests on the same trip had a wonderful time, but we still appreciate hearing different perspectives as it helps us continue improving. Fantastic tour, very knowledgeable staff and they were amazing with our kids. Everyone had a blast. The tour gives you much easier access to some popular tourist destinations and not having to fight some crowds or park a car was really nice. Make sure to bring cash as some things were cash only and you need cash to get in the bathrooms as well.

We were picked up at the cruise terminal and toured the west side of the island in an open air bus. Shani and Muni were excellent tour guides! The highlight was swimming with the turtles. Would highly recommend this tour.

Honestly, thanks to Shani our guide, this was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. So much beauty and interest! Shani, Moonie and our driver brought a level of personal history, in depth knowledge about the culture of Curaçao and an appreciation of many stellar spots on their beautiful island home that would be very hard to match.

So glad we booked this tour - it was incredible! We learned a lot about the islands history and had once in a lifetime experiences! Snorkeling with sea turtles, cliff diving, sea caves and more.
