Tur i Prosecco Hills fra Padua
Beskrivelse
Denne tur gennem bakkerne i Valdobbiadene og Prosecco DOCG vil tage dig til det øvre Treviso-område, lidt over en times kørsel fra Venedig, langs det naturlige amfiteater, der åbner sig mellem Conegliano og Valdobbiadene. Et unikt scenarie, der har været anerkendt som UNESCOs verdensarvssted siden 2019. Turen inkluderer et besøg på fortryllende steder som Molinetto della Croda og cistercienserklosteret Santa Maria di Follina, to af de mest stemningsfulde hjørner af Treviso-området. Til frokost besøger vi en familiedrevet vingård for en vinsmagning parret med typiske lokale produkter: et obligatorisk stop for at lære om produktionsmetoderne og smage områdets fortræffeligheder. Til sidst vil vi gøre et stop i en anden kælder for at afslutte dagen med at skåle med et glas af den prestigefyldte Cartizze, en af de mest berømte typer af Prosecco.

En gammel vandmølle fra det 16. århundrede. Bygningen blev opført i flere faser, og den oprindelige bygnings fundamenter hviler på den nøgne klippe, kaldet 'croda' (bogstaveligt talt klint).
Follina, en lille by ved foden af Treviso-Bellunesi Prealps, er et omdrejningspunkt for det religiøse turismekredsløb, som fører til opdagelsen af steder, der er rige på spiritualitet og hengivenhed og af stor kunstnerisk værdi.
Først besøger vi en Prosecco-vingård med en guidet tur, hvor du vil se og forstå alle de forskellige Prosecco-produktionsprocesser. Bagefter venter en vinsmagning med nogle glas Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
Det nordlige Treviso fortryller os med sine bakker med tætte rækker af vinstokke, imponerende slotte og fortryllende kirker. Prosecco Road krydser det bakkede område ved foden af Treviso Pre-Alperne. I mere end 100 år har Prosecco regeret, den unikke mousserende vin for sin behagelige og letdrikkelige natur.

As a lover of Prosecco I could not miss this excursion! The minivan tour among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites was already spectacular in itself! Each stage was carefully studied and accompanied by interesting explanations that made the experience even more engaging. The presence of our super Nicola escort was fundamental: attentive, passionately prepared, able to create a pleasant atmosphere, take care of every detail and make everyone feel comfortable during the entire experience. The first tasting allowed us to get to know the quality and tradition of Prosecco up close, but the highlight was undoubtedly the second tasting dedicated to Cartizze, rightly defined the elite of Prosecco: an elegant, refined wine, which tells the territory in every sip! If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. The Prosecco region is stunning. And the wines are the best I’ve ever tasted. Our guide, Chiara, was a gem. So knowledgable. So concerned about making this the best possible experience for her guests - plus she’s just interesting and funny! I have been to many vineyards in Italy and these 2 were just spectacular. The Abby and the mill were incredibly lovely. Book this tour you will not regret it!

We chose to celebrate my birthday with a day in the Prosecco region, led by Chiara. During the trip, we were fascinated by the breathtaking views we saw from the window, accompanied by its detailed explanations and many interesting ideas. Chiara took us on two historic stages: a striking abbey and a waterfall with a mill, both immersed in scenarios of extraordinary beauty. Next, we stopped at two carefully selected wineries. The first stop was Vigne Matte, where we took part in a guided tour and delighted ourselves with a rich buffet of cold cuts, cheeses and bread, followed by a Prosecco tasting. The second winery, Cartizze PDC, offered us a completely different experience. More intimate and authentic, it is renowned for producing one of the best Proseccos in the world, which we enjoyed while admiring a simply incredible panoramic view. Chiara, with her competence, friendliness and attention, turned this day into a very special experience.

The transport was super precise and pleasant. The landscape is very suggestive, the tasting excellent both for wines and food, with typical products of the area. We visited two wineries, the owners were super welcoming and involved us a lot with their stories. Recommended!!
