Ø-tur Candelaria, La Orotava, La Laguna, Garachico, Masca

Candalaria was the best part. Everything else was poor. The bus driver would not allow eating or drinking on the bus considering 80%of the tour was seated on the bus. Got picked up at 8 and dropped off at Sol Arona, Los Cristianos, waited until 10 o’clock to get transferred. Rep said car accident but should have phoned or messaged us. Places we visited were really run down.

The trip was good, the guide was excellent, but the information on the trip and its follow-up was not acceptable. It is still advertised with hotel pickup, ahich was confirmed for us, but a few days later the conditions were changed and we had to take a taxi to go to the pick-up location, which made the trip more expensive.

Great: you see a lot of interesting places and learn the history. The drivers and the guide were very friendly and empathic. Guide spoke 3 langues (English, German and Dutch) and presented clear and useful explanations.

You are on the bus basicly all the time and if you stop somewhere in the pleasant places like Icod, Puerto de la Cruz or La Orotava, which are hidden gems in Tenerife, you hardly get time to explore. On the way back we got enough time to explore La Candelaria but there was no flute in sight... The only good thing about this tour is that you find out that there are hidden gems on the western side of the island and you learn something from the guide every now and then. One should leave people enough time in those beautiful places

We were almost a half hour late being picked up from our hotel and from the start the tour guide was offhand. The itinerary was not followed, the trip was completely reversed, directions for meeting the coach were poor, comments in english only were such as "if you don't return on time you will be left".We ended up just asking the coach driver to confirm where we would be picked up. One lady lost her purse and was told " We cant wait for you". On the plus side we saw more of the island than we had previously and the coach driver was excellent.

Beautiful tour with the opportunity to experience the different microclimates of the island. Beautiful Loro Parque near Puerto de la Cruz , magnificent town to NO , also very beautiful view of the volcano Teide

We booked this tour through our hotel excursion desk. We didn’t follow the itenerary at all. No explanation was given and the tour guide was appalling - yelling at passengers for talking on the bus, smoking on the steps of the bus, very poor English translation, more bothered about tips than dropping passengers off at their hotels. The time we had on stops was as follows: Los gigantes- 10mins Mirabor de Garachico - 30mins (not meant to be on the tour) Icod de Los Vinos- 20mins (including walking from Coach to the drago tree and back) Puerto de la Cruz - 90mins (we weren’t meant to visit here) La Orotava - 0mins (we didn’t go as we didn’t have time apparently Candelaria - 30mins (it was a 20min return walk to the basilica from the bus) All in all we felt rushed at the places we should of had longer at, we didn’t go to one of the main places we booked this trip for and the tour guide was a let down. Truth be told, you could do a lot better with your money on this wonderful island. Look around and shop around to find a tour that tailors to your requirements

Thoroughly enjoyable full day tour, visited some wonderful places and had ample time at each stop. The lunch stop (extra cost but well worth it) was great, with plenty of Canarian specialties on the menu and very reasonable. Our driver and Lydia our courier were very friendly and we all learned a lot about the island. Excellent day out.
