The trip was amazing. Gato our guide was awesome. He was funny and informative. The ruins were amazing to see. The cenote was a very neat experience. Swimming with the turtles was unforgettable. We seen 3 along with rays and other sea life. Then the beach lunch was delicious and had great views.

We had a great trip out. Our guide Lalo and driver George were the absolute best. Lalo was extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture and kept us all safe whilst on the various trips. I have only one complaint. I paid for the photo package at the Cenote. I was duped into buying the full package for $180 and was told that someone would be taking pictures of us at the snorkelling and beach club. This was very rushed and only 2 or 3 photos were taken. I have not received any photos despite being told that they would arrive the same evening or following morning. My email address was clear on the form. The payment has been taken from my card and I have still not received any photos. I have initiated a charge back to my credit card. This is not acceptable.

The Tulum, Turtles, and Cenote excursion was a fantastic side getaway from our Riviera Maya resort stay led by our guide, Super Mario (aka Gato)! He explained things well, was extremely knowledgeable and funny, took super good care to ensure the safety of a nervous child in the cenote, and provided the best instructions I’ve ever had for snorkeling making it a great experience. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great adventure start to finish. Mario (Gato) and Jose took care of us from pickup to drop off and everywhere in between. Tulum was hot 🥵 but fascinating and the cenote was so refreshing afterwards and equally fascinating! Swimming with the turtles was also a rare treat. Also I recommend the ceviche and hibiscus tea at the restaurant afterwards, super tasty. Very nice excursion.

This tour was such a great way to kick off our first full day in Tulum. Our guide was great; Gato brought in humor to keep us laughing and was also very accommodating of those who needed different support (e.g., fears, allergens). From the archaeological site, to the cenote, to the turtle snorkel, everything went smooth and my husband and I enjoyed this immensely.
