I want to give a special thank you to Ingrid, who made all the difference on our trip to Cancun! We took trips to Chichén Itzá and Isla Mujeres with Soy Cancún, and everything was very special. Ingrid was extremely attentive, helpful, and caring throughout the entire experience. Besides accompanying us on the trips, she gave us valuable tips about Cancun, places to visit, prices, and especially about the precautions we should take to avoid scams or paying excessive amounts. This made us much calmer to enjoy the trip, especially since it's our first time in the destination. She was always concerned with explaining things, guiding, and ensuring we were well. The experience in Chichén Itzá was wonderful and Isla Mujeres was also unforgettable! We felt we had much more security and enjoyed every moment knowing that we were being well guided. We did the tours to Isla Mujeres and Tulum with Ingrid from Soy Cancún, as well as the airport transfer to the hotel, and we had an excellent experience!
