Rejseplan

We're all aware that most trips on Viator are actually WAY less expensive if you contact the agency directly. But we agree to pay because Viator kind of guarantees quality and a couple perks more. This, unfortunately, was not the case. I asked around, and the agency price for the trip has around 20 USD, and I paid roughly 3x that. And again, I'm all in if it's worth it, but: - Really packed and uncomfortable boat. - The trip was supposed to last 8 hours and it lasted 11 because: - One of the boat's engines broke down and we had to wait for another ship to come tow us. And I mean, these things can happen, the problem is that: - They waited for almost AN HOUE before they told us what was going on. - Overall quality felt really poor.
First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for any discomfort or dissatisfaction you may have experienced during your trip with us. At your tour Brasil, we strive for high-quality service and customer satisfaction, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify some important points regarding the price of the tour you booked. The option you chose included a private transfer, ensuring greater convenience by picking you up and dropping you off directly at your hotel, as well as the port fee already included. These additional perks naturally impact the final price, distinguishing it from other, more basic options available on the market. Regarding your comment about the price being three times higher than what the agency charges directly, we would like to emphasize that this statement is not accurate. The amount paid reflects the specific service option you selected, rather than an excessive or disproportionate charge. We understand that the onboard experience was not ideal, especially due to the mechanical issue with the boat—something that, unfortunately, can happen in maritime operations. However, we acknowledge that the communication regarding the incident could have been more efficient and transparent, and we will take this into account to improve our future processes. Our commitment is to always provide the best possible service, and we remain available to discuss any other concerns you may have. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and offer a more satisfying experience. Best regards, Your tour Brasil Team
The excursion was beautiful and well organized, the guide Vicente is the island of itaparica very good in its explanations By putting somewhat deficient landing on the island of itaparica, it could be solved otherwise to not tread water
The tour is nice, despite the distance between the islands, the places are beautiful and the stop Pro lunch was in a great beach club restaurant.
Great experience. Would haven been better if they had English translator but was a beautiful adventure.
I highly recommend the private tour to Ilha de Frades with the company @passeiosidf. The boat pilot "O Marujo" is very different, patient and I always ask Neto to make the tour more relaxed, in addition to recommending the lunch, which was top notch.
you pay the boat, have a queue, delay to arrive, then you have to pay another fee (for some people the tour paid before for others not, I didn't understand the reason). But until then, it's okay. Therefore when you arrive at the destination, they take you to a restaurant in the middle of nothing, bad dear, that they have partnership, and you stay there without doing anything obliged to go to the restaurant or stay without doing anything. And then wait all the trip back that was bad. For those who like to walk hours by boat and eat in such a restaurant "pay about 60-80 reais and eat at will" is worth it.
Overpriced, it is better to take on site directly or elsewhere but not here! 60€ per person while on the same boat most people paid 17€! The duration spent on the islands is too short about 2 hours on each a little just to enjoy...
Very nice walk the boat chooses its stops carefully so that you can enjoy the scenery and discover the main beaches of the island Meals on the boat simple but very good I just wish the guide could explain a little more about the history of the island She does it very well in Portuguese but for the others it is very summary
A great musical Mood and a festive Brazilian atmosphere on the boat. The staff with little care and a good caipirinha.
This was one of my favorite experiences while in Bahía. Our guide, Wilson was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind as he guided us to the boat and translated everything the boat captain was saying. Wilson is also incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of this place. I enjoyed learning about the origins of the samba music that we were listening to during the boat ride. The samba musicians were friendly and played great music. The first island we went to had the most amazing beach - I could have spent many days there if I could, as the water was so calm and warm. The lunch we had at the second island was delicious. We sailed back as the sun was setting and got amazing views from the water. Our group can call Wilson a friend, because we had so much fun getting to know him and truly enjoyed his company.
