Trieste E-cykeltur: Old Town, Miramare Castle og Gelato

Denne tur er designet til at tilbyde en blanding af guidet opdagelse og personlig frihed, med masser af stop og foto muligheder undervejs. Takket være kraftfulde elcykler, der er ideelle til alle sæsoner, lange afstande og stige ruter, denne oplevelse er tilgængelig for de fleste fitness niveauer. Lær Trieste at kende på en unik og afslappet måde på en e-cykeltur, der samler historie, natur og ikonisk arkitektur. Oplevelsen kombinerer en guidet e-cykeltur med uafhængige slottbesøg og er ideel til rejsende, der elsker kulturel sightseeing, men ønsker at nyde det udendørs og i et roligt tempo. Bemærk venligst: Besøg på slottet er selvstyret. I den planlagte fritid på San Giusto og Miramare er gæsterne velkomne til at udforske slottene uafhængigt i deres eget tempo.

Fra den centralt beliggende Elektra Bike-butik rejser vi gennem hjertet af byen. Vi vil ride forbi de elegante bygninger i Teresiano-distriktet, formet i Habsburg-æraen.
Mens du rider, vil du se den store Piazza Unità d’Italia, en af Europas mest fantastiske strandpladser.
Du vil blive guidet opad til San Giusto Castle, den middelalderlige fæstning, der overvåger byen. Du vil have fritid til at udforske slottet på egen hånd eller nyde en panoramisk kaffepause. (Hvis du ønsker at besøge slottet, kan vi arrangere billetter på forhånd: bare lad os vide!)
Vi vil ride ned ad bakke gennem byens centrum og krydse ind i Porto Vecchio, Triestes historiske havn.
Vi kommer til det spektakulære Miramare Slot, der engang var hjemsted for ærkehertug Ferdinand Maximilian af Habsburg. Igen vil du have tid til at vandre i slottets skyggefulde stier, beundre havudsigt eller udforske slottet.
På vej tilbage, vil vi gøre et kort stop for en kaffe eller is!

Unfortunately this tour had half the group that didn’t have any palace nor fort passes…they had to wait for us…not a fair thing to do… The guide was suppose to enter the palace and fort and guide us and did not do so.She did not give explanations in the city and we think she was not a regular guide. The only positive was our guide nevertheless was very nice and communicable. For $250 can per person unfortunately not worth it at all.. A partial reimbursement would be appropriate

I can assure you Barbara is an experienced and fully licensed guide, and we appreciate your kind words regarding her friendliness and communication. As stated in the tour description, visits inside San Giusto and Miramare Castles are designed as independent visits, with free time allocated for guests to explore at their own pace (“You’ll have free time to explore the castle on your own”). The guide accompanies guests during the bike tour itself, while castle interiors are not part of the guided portion of the experience. As this is a small-group tour, guests may choose different options when booking, including whether or not to include entrance tickets to the castles. During the scheduled free time at each stop, participants are welcome either to visit the castles or simply enjoy the surroundings, relax, or have a coffee break. That said, we truly value your feedback, as it helps us understand how we can make the experience and expectations even clearer for future guests. We wish you all the best in your travels.
Sveva our tour guide was amazing!! We saw so many interesting places that are not accessible to cars. The authentic italian lunch and gelatto were fantastic. Highly recommend this tour!

Trieste is so beautiful and this was a such a fun way for us first-time visitors to see it!! We didn’t expect to like it so much, tbh! Also loved the ebikes, they made the tour very easy, even going uphill, and the gelato was just the perfect break! Loved it, loved it, loved it!

I absolutely loved every minute of this tour. The bikes were super easy to handle, even for me (I hadn't ridden a bike in years!), and the castles were great. We only had one day in Trieste and we loved it! 🤩
