Af sikkerhedsmæssige årsager er bjergbeklædning nødvendigt til denne aktivitet. Hvis du ikke har det passende tøj, har du mulighed for at leje. Vi kommer til udgangspunktet ved at følge nationalrute 3 i cirka 17 kilometer; vi begynder vandreturen ved stiens parkeringsplads, som hurtigt fører os dybt ind i skoven. Stien fører os tæt på en bæverdæmning og krydser dalen, indtil vi finder en tørvemose, hvor den vil følge Esmeralda-floden hele vejen til dens udspring i Esmeralda-lagunen. Efter en sidste stigning kommer vi til lagunen: frossen om vinteren og blændende os med dens fantastiske farve om sommeren. Hvis vejret er godt nok, spiser vi frokost ved lagunen med en betagende udsigt over Albino-gletsjeren, lagunen og omgivelserne. Bagefter tager vi den samme sti tilbage til overførslen, der tager dig til dit hotel.

Julian, at most!! Super good guide, although it was a varied group, I always take care of everyone. Box lunch, the fact that they use reusable tuppers and earthenware fees, at most. Cups should be souvenirs because they're beautiful. Super good service, punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. 🫶🫶🫶

Route of approximately 10 km and back to the Esmeralda lagoon, a pocket of water that is formed from the melting of the glacier Ojo Albino. On the way you will find forests, rivers and dams made by the castors. The trail is easy but do not take too much weight or you will get tired. Vc also needs to hire a guide and a transfer from Ushuaia to the entrance of the trail that is on the edge of Ruta 3 but far from the center of Ushiaia.

Don't book this tour if you are arriving on a cruise ship, unless you are absolutely sure you arrive and can get off the ship by 9:30am.

We adhere to a strict timetable out of respect for our other passengers. If you require an activity that specifically fits your schedule, we suggest booking a private tour.
The activity is worth it, especially when you reach that blue lagoon, it is not a gentle trekking and can be done by anyone

Great guide, very beautiful landscape. Group was 50% spanish and 50% north american. Could feed small birds from my hand with nuts. 10/10 would do again
Julian who's been the guide, a crack. And the site has been spectacular, it is worth doing the trail, although I have reached the day with rain and everything with mud, when you reach the final destination it is worth
The trail is light in difficulty, go and go gives about 5 hours with the guide who will stop at some points to give information. It's very organized. The lagoon is the most beautiful thing!! A show! There we stay a while to take pictures, enjoy, eat the snack that the agency offers and then we will return. All excellent, super recommend.

Entertaining and beautiful scenery!! We did the trecking in about 3hs, there was mud and it is technical more for the mud and the branches but it is what makes it entertaining in addition to the spectacular landscape when you leave the forest. It's marked and if you're not guided by people, we did it without guidance.
