Online booking was easy. Shortly after, Rashel was in communication with me about my details of my arrival. She was very communicative. I would recommend this service.

The pick up service was good, the driver was friendly, despite the language barrier he was pleasant. However they reached out to me the day before to confirm my pick up form the resort, I confirmed, and on the day of after 15 mins of being late I heard from no one. I reached out to the same email that contacted me the day before no answer. I reached out to them through that app, no response. I had to contact Viator, but Viator can’t help with existing reservations they just advise contacting the operator. So I had to fake setting up a new one just to speak to someone and they reached out the the company. At this point 35 mins have gone by and still no driver, just for the operator to reach out, from the same email I contacted prior, to say they can’t get a hold of the driver, they don’t know what happened, and there’s no one near by for them to dispatch. They only could refund the money. I almost didn’t make it through customs in time for my flight, and I had to pay for another taxi, twice the amount I pre booked. They’re not reliable, I will not use them again.

We had 25 people in our party ! Transportation was delayed to and from the boat. But overall boat ride was 10/10! Scuba diving, dancing , swimming , drinking , music was amazing experience! Staff on the “liberty boat” was attentive , kind and kept us engaged ! High recommend

This was my second one-way ride with “Round trip Transfer from Punta Cana Airport To hotels…” I selected them for our return trip to the airport because we were happy with their service when they picked us up from the airport and took us to our resort, Royalton Bávaro. While arranging the return transfer the night before, I got a bit concerned with not knowing what time pick up would be. The e-form requires that you enter your flight departure information, but there is no place to enter what time you’d like to be picked up. After receiving the reservation confirmation email from Viator, I tried to call the company directly with the number Viator provided on the e-form but couldn’t get through. I also used the Viator e-form to send a message. Mind you this was all occurring just after 8pm. The Viator website said customer service was available until 11pm, but the transfer service wasn’t responding to communication. So, I called Viator and they said the impact was closed, but that they would leave a message for them to contact me when they opened. The next morning, pick-up day, I still hadn’t received any response. It finally hit me to go back through my WhatsApp messages and find the communication chain that the Punta Cana transportation company originally started with me when we arranged our arrival transportation. Via WhatsApp, I emailed them my question about pick-up time and they responded almost right away. I should’ve done that last night, but I’d forgotten about that form of communication. All went perfect after that! I recommend them to all tourists.

Patient coordinator and determined to make sure we received good service! The young lady we met upon arrival was not the driver but waited until all 5 of us arrived (separate flights) before calling for the driver. The ride was comfortable, the driver courteous, as well as a safe driver. Although neither the coordinator or driver spoke much English, they communicated effectively with us.

Hello everyone, I would like to give a brief review of the transportation service I requested last month. Specifically, it was a round-trip transfer from Punta Cana Airport to the Barcelo Bavaro Hotel. The entire process, from booking, payment, communication via WhatsApp, and the airport transfer, went smoothly and without any issues. The vehicle was in very good condition and clean. My driver, Alberto Paulino, was very friendly and courteous. Thank you again, and I can definitely recommend the company.

I was very happy to walk outside just before the driver was due and he was already waiting for me! He also contacted me prior to the time which I appreciated.

Our flight was delayed 8 hours and we arrived at 01:00 am, there they were waiting for us with a sign with my name, recommended.
