Pickup ontime. Courteous driver. No more to say. It was a shuttle to the airport. Shuttle did not have any signage.
This is the only time I've been in a Oaxaca shuttle/taxi without fearing for my life. We even stopped at stop signs and stayed off the sidewalks. 😅
I was picked up on time and arrived at the airport in plenty of time. There was an initial mixup with the pick up point so make sure they have the correct pick up point when they reach out to confirm. They did correct this issue in a timely manner.
Driver Abraham was on time, car clean, reliable, fair - the shuttle I would book again anytime

The price was a bit more expensive than the shuttle I took from the airport but I was riding solo which made it even better. He was there early which was great. He helped with my luggage and dropped me off at the airport with no issues.

I did get pickup a couple of minutes late, but all went well. The driver got out, dealt with luggage , checked voucher. Easy way to get toairport.

I received confirmation but the shuttle did not arrive on time. I was told the driver had an “incident” and could not pick me up when I called the company to inquire about timing. The company did pay for a taxi to the airport but unfortunately it was too late cor me to board. I ended out losing my entire ticket (Aero Mexico) and had to buy another ticket for the next day at a much higher price. I would definitely confirm and reconfirm when using this service.

Furthermore, we reached out to you offering to help this "new ticket" you mention, but you blocked us on WhatsApp immediately after we asked for the receipt/proof of purchase.
