Overførselstjenester

We’ve been regular customers and have used this company quite often, but unfortunately the service has really gone downhill recently. On our latest visit to Terminal 2, we waited over 20 minutes, and when finally reached the office there was only one member of staff with three customers ahead of us. It then took another 25-30 minutes just to collect our car. The customer before us was still waiting because their car needed to be “checked”. Surely these checks should be done before customers arrive, rather than making everyone else wait. To make things worse, the Apple CarPlay in our car wasn’t working. When we mentioned it, the staff member simply shrugged and offered no solution. The prices aren’t exactly cheap either. We also checked the advertised 15% VIP discount through our VIP account and without an account, and the price was exactly the same. We’ve used this company many times, but unfortunately the service no longer matches the price.

The car matched the script exactly, everything was on time. Definitely will rent again if in your business area. Thank you!

Very well-maintained and clean vehicle. Make and model were as booked. The staff at the counter are competent, friendly, and fast.

Helpfully staff, good cars, essy going tramits

The car delivery and return were perfect.

The shuttle from the airport to the main office is convenient; the only issue is the large number of people—we had to wait over half an hour to board the shuttle, and then wait again at the office to pick up the car. The car itself was perfectly fine and trouble-free. Returning the car was simple, quick, and problem-free. Overall, I recommend the company and would rent from them again.

very good welcome and very detailed explanation, I am very satisfied
